Everything went well. Great staff.

The location is ideal. Right on the Sardinero beach. The view is amazing, too. We love this place. We will be back.

Cons:

The breakfast is not up to a four star hotel's standards. No omelettes on demand. No omelettes at all. If you want your bacon cooked a little more, too bad. Not a good breakfast for this category hotel.
