Super hotel in Santander which I itself is delightful
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Santander . Really comfortable room with superb sea views .

Beautiful, old world hotel along gorgeous beach. Terrific location. Clean, comfortable, modern.
Pros:

Fantastic location on gorgeous beach. Beautiful property. Upgraded rooms when they could not accommodate two rooms side by side. Very spacious, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, clean and modern. Very helpful staff, especially Jose Juaquin, who went out of his way to assist us after the restaurant had closed. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Onsite parking is very helpful and reasonable. Car elevator is a first.

Una experiencia estupenda
Pros:

Ubicación excelente y vistas de la terraza de la habitación maravillosa a la playa de El Sardinero. Buen desayuno variado y de calidad. Habitación amplia y buen baño y armarios. Todo muy limpio. Cama muy cómoda. Y sobre todo las terrazas de las habitaciones que teníamos era estupenda y sus vistas maravillosas.

Cons:

Echamos en falta un servicio de hervidor de agua para café, té o manzanilla. Mi hija se casaba y salíamos del hotel; lo dije para que me dejaran entrar un coche de los fotógrafos, maquilladores, etc., y hubiera agradecido un poco mas de cortesía; al final contratamos otra plaza de alquiler de coche y la pagamos y así quedo solucionado.

Excelente ubicación. La vista desde la terraza es hermosa.

Cons:

Los meseros que atienden en la terraza del hotel son menos amables con los latinos que con los europeos, lo que genera un ambiente discriminatorio.

Fabulous stay in a fabulous hotel.
Pros:

Fabulous location overlooking the bay with interesting shops, restaurants and parks in the immediate hinterland. Meals good, breakfast fantastic, superb underground car park accessible by car lift, room and balcony wonderful.
