IMPOSIBLE DORMIR CUANDO LLUEVE
Pros:

Resaltar la excelente ubicación y su limpieza.

Cons:

No se puede dormir cuando llueve ya que el alféizar de la ventana es de metal y el goteo de la lluvia es imposible conciliar el sueño de seguido.
Muy bonito en estética pero muy poco eficaz para descansar por la noche!

Good stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious and luminous, with a large, comfortable bed and clean sheets. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and both the bathroom and toilet were spotless. I appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet and that room service provided fresh water daily. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance from the hotel staff were excellent, and you can see they care about keeping things tidy and pleasant. Excellent location, ocean view!

Cons:

There were no drapes, so the sunlight entered the room early in the morning and woke me up. The curtains had visible holes that were roughly sewn. The furniture looked old, with cracks and small chips here and there. In the bathroom, one of the light bulbs above the sink was flickering, and the mirror showed some aging with stains around the edges. The shower could really use an anti-slip mat for more safety. The mini-fridge contained only water—no snacks or drinks—and there were no coffee cups, coffee maker, or even a kettle to make tea or coffee in the room.

Although the staff keeps everything in good working order, the room itself clearly needs renovation. The hotel management should consider investing in updates to meet modern standards. Also, as a note, many of the Spanish staff members had very limited English skills, which made communication a bit challenging. In a tourism setting, I believe basic English proficiency should be a requirement.

Molt bona en general
Pros:

L’hotel és una passada, preciós, en un lloc immillorable, el personal sobretot del menjador de 10, l’esmorzar increïble, el recomano moltíssim

Cons:

El llit!!! Molt i molt dur i el coixí és tot un sencer per un llit de matrimoni, molt i molt tou i estret, gens còmode
La banyera rellisca molt i té el desaigüe al mig, has de vigilar molt per no fer-te mal

Luis the waiter in the cafe. Extremely helpful and willing to engage and advise. Great manner and good conversationalist. Reception also very helpful and courteous at all times.

Sobrecargo por la cuna
Cons:

Te avisan por mensaje en la plataforma Booking de que la cuna tiene un suplemento de 10 euros. Mensaje que no leímos ya que reservamos el mismo día y salimos de viaje. A nuestra llegada el personal de recepción tampoco nos avisó del sobrecargo. La sorpresa fue a la salida. No es mucho dinero, pero la cuna no lo vale, y me gusta saber lo que contrato y lo que tengo que pagar, de haberlo sabido no habría contratado la cuna ya que para colmo durmió toda la noche en la cama.
