Außergewöhnlich herzlicher Service, familiäre Atmosphäre und sehr sauber.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das absolute Highlight ist das außergewöhnlich herzliche und aufmerksame Personal. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die familiäre Atmosphäre sorgt dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlfühlt.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Adriana, die mit ihrer herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Art unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und liegt zentrumsnah – eine klare Empfehlung!

Pros:

La amabilidad de don Eliecer, habitaciones cómodas, late checkout es una buena opción. Recomendada la masajista del Spa cobro adicional pero vale la pena, ambiente muuuy familiar, los niños se la gozaron. Sin duda volveremos

La cocinera mostró indisposición para preparar los desayunos 7:30 am… los niños tenían hambre, solicitamos y se escuchaba desde la mesa como esta señora vociferaba en la cocina que no tenía nada, decidimos no insistir hablamos en recepción y don Eliecer resolvió rápido la situación…

Descanso y tranquilidad
Pros:

Muy buena atención, servicio al cliente y ambiente muy agradable, y las instalaciones limpias y con las comodidades necesarias para un día de descanso, a mi hija le encantó la piscina!!.

Cons:

En los datos de reserva indicaron una Red Wifi y contraseña pero, no las encontré, no se si cambiaron... Es importante que si se brinda ese dato, este actualizado, "Se que pude haber preguntado" pero lo necesitaba para descargar algo rapidamente... pero pues por si uno quiere un dia trabajar alli, es bueno tener presente la estabilidad del servicio.

Muy familiar, la distribución de las habilitaciones muy cómoda. El personal del hotel muy atento, dispuesto a colaborar.
