Teleurstellend.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar. Hij deed echt zijn best. De locatie is goed; dichtbij treinstation, busstation en restaurants.

Cons:

De kamer lag aan de straatkant en daar was ‘s nachts erg veel lawaai tot in de vroege ochtend. Verder was de kamer niet schoon (het bed wel). Uit de douche kwamen een paar straaltjes en was slecht te mengen.

Chek-out muito cedo as 09:00 da manhã. A partir das 00:00 da noite vc não pode mais sair porque não fica ninguém na acomodação

Sehr schlechter Service und unfreundlicher Host
Pros:

Alles war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Check-In war unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren mit den Basics ausgestattet.

Cons:

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass das Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich geputzt war (z.B. lag eine leere Flasche und Müsli-Krümel in der Schublade, Dreck und Nüsse waren auf dem Boden, der Teppich war voller Haare und sehr dreckig, auch unter den Betten und in der Dusche waren Haare und Staub...) und auch nach dreimaligem Nachfragen nichts gereinigt wurde. Der Host war sehr unfreundlich und hat sich geweigert, eine Entschädigung auszuzahlen, stattdessen wurde uns ein besonders schönes Frühstück versprochen, welches wir jedoch nie bekommen haben. Auch die Küche und der Frühstücksbereich waren sehr lieblos und unhygienisch. So lag das Müsli zum Beispiel die ganze Nacht in einer offenen Schüssel und der Jogurt war nicht gekühlt, das geschnittene Obst stand offen rum und dreckiges Geschirr wurde über längeren Zeitraum nicht gewaschen.
Als wir uns das dritte Mal über den Zustand des Zimmers beschwert haben und dabei auf eine monetäre Entschädigung bestanden, bot uns der Host nur an, das Zimmer oder das Hotel zu wechseln, woraufhin wir dann für eine Nacht nochmal in ein anderes Hostel umgezogen sind.

Außerdem waren die Zimmer ziemlich laut und ohne Ohrstöpsel konnte man eigentlich gar nicht schlafen.

Wouldn’t recommend this place
Pros:

Upon arrival they told me the hotel was fully booked and they didn’t give me any solution, wouldn’t recommend.

Cons:

The staff didn’t give me a real reason about why my reservation through Booking was valid

I wasnt able to check in, apparently there was some kind of misscommunication between the manager and orbitz, regarding the price, so he demanded a different quantity once I got there.

I got there at night, and at that time I had to look for a different place.

Pros:

ペルーレイルの駅から歩いてすぐです。グランドの斜め前で、サッカーなどをする人が多く、その音が聞こえてきます。レストランや屋台、ビールなどを販売する店などが近くにあり便利です。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切ですし、朝食も美味しく、一人旅でも問題は全くありませんでした。

駅から近く、周りに飲食店が多いので、とても便利でした。スタッフが親切で、特に女性たちの笑顔が良かった。早朝出発の際には、朝食の代わりにランチパックにしてくれました。

It was ok 2.5 basic clean hotel with attentive staff who spoke no English; noisy as it was across from a football field! Aguas Calientes is very small with no vehular traffic. Near the train station, market and a 7 min walk for the buses to Machupicchu . Market is lovely with many Peruvian crafts which are more expensive here than most. The town of Aguas Calientes does not have many attraction but good places to relax near the river. Beautiful and scenic...

Pousada simples, mas boa opção em Machu Picchu.
Pros:

Trata-se de uma pousada, simples mas razoável em conforto, limpeza e atendimento. A localização é boa por ser bem central com acesso fácil a tudo, mas tem muito barulho. O café da manhã também é bem simples. Pelo preço acaba sendo uma boa opção de pernoite para aproveitar melhor a visita a Machu Picchu desde cedo.

Nice hotel in Aguas Calientes
Pros:

Booked a couple of nights due to having tickets to Machu Picchu for consecutive days. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable and close to the train station (then again everything in Aguas Calientes is).

The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat and do stuff like laundry, etc.

The area is quite noisy due to the football field right next to it but again, everything in Aguas Calientes is right next to each other.

Would definitely stay again.
