Rooms were clean but fit and finish of bathroom fixtures was not very good. Staff was very professional and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Laundry services good
The Pearl Continental is always a must go hotel when I am in the Rawalpindi Islamabad area. I find it a very luxurious hotel, and prefer it to many of the other pricier hotels in Islamabad. I guess they just know about luxury, through their pedigree.

Everything was super good
Had a terrible experience, my room was changed several time during my stay due to problems with the various items with each defective room.
My stay was pleasant; the staff was exceptionally supportive and attentive. However, the rooms, washrooms, and lobby carpet require significant upgrades, as they appear outdated.

Bathtub was very bad condition.bathroom sink was also disgusting.according to price room was average hotel room.

Avoid!
The property is run down, and in a dire need of room renovations. The rooms are worst than most Economy hotels in the US and not worth the price. The lobby area and restaurants are good, and the lower staff helpful, but that does little to compensate for the rusty, moldy bathrooms and ages old sagging mattresses. Do not recommend!

Its not value for money at all. Poor management with no proper training or skills.
The whole building in urgent needs of refurbishment and renovations.
However the lobby area is well maintained with balanced ambience .
Old and unmaintained rooms. Rusted and Leaky Faucets in the toilet. Not what I expected from this hotel.

The hotel was the perfect accommodation for our group given that it has all the modern comforts one would expect from a premier hotel chain. All the restaurants provided excellent food at reasonable prices, and all staff we encountered were focused on making our stay feel special. As a group of three cricket fans visiting Rawalpindi for the test match, we wouldn't hesitate in booking the hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it.
I found the staff to be very understanding, professional and supportive.
The hotel has an excellent private car hire service which has helped me to go different places and also have the option to. Keep the driver with me throughout the trip.
The breakfast complementary buffet offered a variety of food items and was well managed.
Overall it's a hotel with the unique features of having a laundry, gym, car hire, restaurant which I would recommend highly for anyone wanting to stay in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Property is kept up , rooms are small and needs updating, staff is dishonest and will steel from the room . staff will not handover your stuff to lost and found . Waiters serving you will stink.
