Excellent hotel, very very friendly staff
Pros:

This is absolutely an incredible nice place to stay, excellent location just outside the fuss of Malia, the strip on walking distance and the beach on less the 200 meters

What really makes this place excellent is the staff, family owned, service with a smile, friendly, helpfull, warm. From the cleaning ladies to the bar and kitchen employees. All excellent! The often seen Greek slogan: come as a guest, leave as a friend is made real by Gregory, Maria, Yannis, Cook Maria and the two hard working cleaning ladies. It has everything you need and is small and cosy enough to avoid the real crowdiness

A great place to visit in Malia for a low price if you see what you get!

Cons:

The room could use some attention here and there but they are redecorating all rooms. We were short in storage space but that’s all.

Muito mau pequeno-almoço, cobraram no final despesas que, supostamente, estariam incluídas no pequeno-almoço. A empregada de limpeza entrava no quarto sem bater à porta enquanto estávamos a dormir, violando regras básicas de privacidade. O staff é, em termos gerais, bastante incompetente. Não recomendamos.

Einfach unfassbar schön!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Ammos Boutique Apartments & Suites in Malia.

Die Lage ist ideal: zentral genug, um zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und die bezaubernde Altstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig, um entspannte Urlaubstage zu genießen. Unsere Suite direkt am Pool war wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und bot den perfekten Rahmen für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und ein gelungener Start in jeden Urlaubstag.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Yannis. Mit seiner Aufmerksamkeit, seiner Hilfsbereitschaft und seiner herzlichen Art hat er unseren Aufenthalt wirklich magisch gemacht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben.

Wir können das Ammos Boutique Apartments & Suites uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Ένας επίγειος παράδεισος,κοντά σε μαγαζιά αλλά τόσο ήσυχο και χαλαρωτικό μέρος.... Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι σε όλα τους και φιλικοτατοι,το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και το πρωινό πεντανόστιμο! Καθημερινή καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια,τα οποία είναι μεγάλα και άνετα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

We loved it and would definitely go back.
Pros:

Poolside room was fantastic. The room layout was spacious and well thought out. Pool and beds were great too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Situated perfectly for local bars and restaurants, and also close to the beach. Perfect for chilling by the pool.

Cons:

Small thing I know, but Housekeeping. We were provided with water and toiletries when we arrived, but these were never topped up. Coffee machine was provided but only 2 pods were ever supplied. We ended up buying 3 in 1sachets for the rest of the week. Used glasses and cups were left where they were found.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Bij aankomst kregen wij een kamer upgrade, een zeer mooie kamer met prachtig balkon en uitzicht.
De medewerkers waren heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was super!
We hebben ondanks ons korte verblijf erg genoten
