The location is fabulous. Great view from the room veranda The hostess is extremely nice, finds a way to make each and everyone of the guests feel welcome. Breakfast was good, the beds comfi.
However, the room was basic, the shower really small, and the bathroom as a whole somewhat tiny and not really convenient. Amenities were poor, and although there was a cattle and two cups,there was only one dose of coffee per person, each day. Although I rated the hotel in the higher scale, I don’t think it’s a really a 4 star hotel. There is a pool, on premises, but we were urged not to use it. We stayed a few days, and felt it was less than we expected.

Rooms are nice and clean, marvels view, great breakfast, minor issue with the shower hot water, was fixed.

We arrived to Anavasi as part of our two weeks in northern Greece. Lovely hotel, great location, delicious breakfast and pasta. Kind owner and great service

Well maintained and nice decorated big room all the needed faciiities. Good breakfast the stuff was very eager to help

Deana, who runs the place, was lovely and very helpful in providing us with detailed advice on the different attractions and trails in the area. The home-made breakfast was delicious and a great start to a day of hiking. The rooms are simple but exquisitely clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Totally a matter of personal preference but we found the beds a little too soft.

Point of information — the pool and sauna aren’t available before 6pm. This isn’t a problem as you’ll likely be spending most of the day in the mountains but is still worth noting.
