Hotel, muy bonito, pero pésima atención al personal

Desayuno, delicioso, piscina bonita

Cons:

Todo el personal le falta capacitación de falta conexión con el cliente, de verdad se nota la falta de liderazgo y un jefe que les enseñe a tratar a sus clientes

Las habitaciones son geniales, son gigantes. El desayuno es súper generoso

Cons:

El personal le falta mucho manejo para tratar bien a los clientes, de verdad son muy secos, les falta mucha vocación de Servicio creo que es una falla del Hotel. El Hotel debe hacer unas capacitaciones donde enseñé a sus empleados a conectar con el cliente son demasiado toscos bruscos hostiles

NO ES UN 5 ESTRELLAS, NI EN INSTALACIONES NI EN PERSONAL.

Las almohadas NO MÁS!!!

Cons:

Huele a humedad demasiado, la amabilidad del personal es casi nula, solo Liguia creo se llama del restaurante, las habitaciones NO son de un 5 estrellas, no hay gimnasio, el buffet es escaso para opciones en proteína.
