El desayuno estuvo perfecto, muchas opciones adecuadas para elegir.
La ubicación del hotel es compleja porque no hay muchos lugares cerca que se puedan acceder caminando para comprar cosas como droguerías y supermercados.
La zona de la terraza me pareció espectacular, las habitaciones muy bonitas y en general muy agradable la infraestructura y decoración del hotel.
En la habitación había un olor muy fuerte a humedad y era visible la humedad con hongos en la zona de la ducha del baño.

Mala experiencia en el bar Cocobeach de hotel. Subimos y nadie se acercó a atendernos. Pedimos la carta y nunca fueron a tomarnos el pedido. Muy mala atención. Al final, decidimos irnos a otro lugar y fue cuando el personal encargado se acercó. Si van a tomar algo mejor buscar otra opción. De resto, todo muy bien.

Todo lo demás NO ME GUSTÓ!. No cumplieron con la reserva, la modificaron con engaños. El mantenimiento de las instalaciones muy regular. El servicio de camarera, terrible. Servicio ineficiente en la recepción. Pérdida de cosas personales.

The hotel rooms are always missing something. It could be hot water, a towel, shampoo or even parts. One of the rooms was missing the shower glass so the bathroom was damped.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bn, me parece muy pequeño para el tamaño de habitación.
El personal del hotel es muy atento, las instalaciones son muy lindas, cómodas y limpias, la ubicación ideal para lo que necesitaba. El buffet es completo y variado. El área de la piscina muy bonita aunque intrínsecamente el clima de Barranquilla es húmedo. Volvería a quedarme en este hotel
