MALA ATENCION, NO ME BRINDARON EL SERVICIO DE 02 DESAYUNOS PARA DOS PERSONAS A PESAR DE SER PAGADO

PESIMO SERVICIO Y MALA ATENCION AL CLIENTE. Pague por el servicio de desayuno para 02 personas sin embargo al acercame el ultimo día a las 6:36 am ya que mi vuelo de retorno a mi pais era temprano no quisieron atenderme en el comedor a pesar que el horario de desayuno era de 6:30 a 10:00 segun lo indicado en su plataforma, en la reserva e indicada en recepción. Sin embargo indicaron que atenderian a partir de las 7am, no me ofrecieron ninguna solución, hice mi reclamo en recepción y envie un correo al jefe de recepción, no se me dio ninguna solución tampoco, solo indicaron que me darian un descuento o beneficio en proxima estadia, siendo una respuesta diplomatica sin caracter resolutivo teniendo en cuenta no soy Colombiana y obligandome a volver para que me puedan dar un descuento.

Además:

* El asensor no tiene aire acondicionado
* Es muy dificil conseguir taxis
* Solicite en dos oportunidades toallas adicionales y nunca me las llevaron
* Si no quieren atenderte temprano en el desayuno simplemente no lo hacen
* No tiene procedimiento de gestion de reclamos a pesar de ser un hotel 04 estrellas

Cons:

No atendieron mi queja al indicar que el comedor no me quizo brindarme el desayuno del domingo a las 6:36 a pesar que inician a las 6:30 la atención, ellos dijeron que empezarian ha atender a las 7am sin importarles en darme una solución o ofrecerme alguna alternativa ni una disculpa, así mismo el Jefe de recepciones me responde un correo diplomatico sin soluciones.

Agradable y comoda
Pros:

Las camas cómodas, el desayuno muy rico y variado, la piscina se vea bien aunque no la use.
En general una buena experiencia

La iluminacion del cuarto, las luces tenues de la mesita de noche no servian.

Hotel nicht empfehlenswert für die Preisklasse zu wenig internationale Qualität und Standards

Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich Extra Wünsche gab es nur gegen Aufpreis

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig so das man Gespräche und andere Dinge hören kann, die Fenster sind nicht abgedichtet, heist es kann rein regnen und der Wind pfeift durch. Für ein Hotel das internationale Gäste empfängt spricht die Belegschaft wenig bis kein Englisch nicht mal an der Rezeption. Nicht jedes Zimmer hat ein Save und Mein Kleiderschrank roch nach kalter Asche, was dazu führte das meine Kleidung den Geruch annahm. Das Zimmer selber hat immer Modrig/Feucht gerochen.

habitacion muy comoda

el hotel muy lindo y limpio, la habitacion que nos tocó muy amplia y comoda

Cons:

la ubicación no era de las mejores, en nuestra habitacion faltaba un televisor y en los 3 dias que estuvimos no logramos que el personal solucionara nuestro pedido
