La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno también es rico y generoso.

Cons:

El hotel tiene varios aspectos por mejorar, especialmente en cuanto a la higiene. Las zonas comunes no estaban en buen estado y muchos de los vidrios, incluyendo los de la piscina, se veían sucios y con falta de mantenimiento.

Adicionalmente, el día de nuestra salida hubo un corte de energía durante toda la mañana y parte de la tarde. Esto nos obligó a subir desde el piso 8 al 15 por las escaleras de emergencia, las cuales, en los pisos superiores, estaban sin iluminación y en condiciones de limpieza bastante deficientes.

La ubicación, las instalaciones, la piscina, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El personal de aseo, recepción muy amables.

Cons:

El desayuno poco variado. Y el personal del restaurante (algunos) no son amables. Solicité algo en el desayuno y la sra me dijo eso es lo que hay.
