Very clean and neat. Staff is exceptionally well behaved

The executive room does not have access to the window , therefore it feels a little claustrophobic

Great, a lovely hotel very close to the Botanic Gardens. I would stay again for sure.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and gave me lots of useful information.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The balcony with a fig tree on is lovely.
