Great value for money.
Pros:

Very nice hotel & good value for money.
We spent NYE there and it was very nice and well prepared.

Cons:

A bit dated .. like most of the places in SL . Needs a refreshment .

A beautiful stay in a wonderful 5* hotel - will definitely stay again
Pros:

Really relaxing it has everything you could want ! Very spacious rooms with balconies and a lovely view of kandy. Very clean and comfortable. The food was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Great service
Pros:

Great experience, the room & food was fantastic. Had the pleasure of attending the new year's bash dance, The band Lunu Dehi performed and the spread of food was nothing like I have ever experienced. Well done and congratulations to the General Manager and staff. We hope to return again.

Dr hillary c smith the food and beverage mager at hotel is very good . He maintain such positive environment in restaurant , we look forward to food their because it not only has taste but positive vibes too
.the variety of veg option make me deligted plus manager flexibility to provide us food as per our taste is so wholesome ...plus obeeall hotel also has happy and musical vibes ...it seems like we are in some feel good movie and room is well maintained with gym and rooftop swimming pool is so good ..I liked my stay here my parents and my sister and nephew were very happy

Christmas at The Grand Kandyan Hotel
Pros:

When you entered The Grand Kandyan Hotel, you were greeted fantastically. The christmas decorations were the best I have ever seen. The rooms were so space and plenty of room to walk around in.If you are looking for great views, take the lift to level 6. The food was wonderful to eat. If you want to go to the pool or the gym, it's on level 5. The staff were fantastic and friendly to talk to. Once again, keep up the great work. The Grand Kandyan Hotel . We will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Tot! Es com estar en un palau, a més, ara que es Nadal estava tot decorat i ple de detalls preciosos. Al hall hi havia cada tarda musica en directe, i a l'hora de sopar al menjador també. El menjar molt bo. Les vistes impresionants, el gym i la piscina genials. I que dir del personal de l'hotel? Encantadors, molt amables i molt atents, han fet que la nostra estada sigui de 10. Si tornem a Kandy, tornarem a aquest hotel!

A very warm experience at The Grand Kandyan
Pros:

The location is ideal with only like 100m away from the heart of Kandy. Spacious and warm atmosphere. The customer service here is the best ❤. We were there for the Dinner buffet at Tamarind restaurant. The F&B manager was very warm towards all the guests, and was kind enough to arrange us a complementary birthday cake for the celebration we were there for. Food was delicious, and well worth the price. With the quiet ambiance here, the place is ideal to spend time with your family. Very clean and well maintained.
