Es war alles in der Nähe mann konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen

Το μόνιμα αναμένο φως στο μπαλκόνι, δημιουργεί πρόβλημα. Το parking μικρό για τόσα δωμάτια και χωρίς έλεγχο (τη δεύτερη νύχτα, δυο αυτοκίνητα κατέλαβαν όλες σχεδόν τις θέσεις, με αποτέλεσμα την τεράστια δυσκολία στάθμευσης στον πολύ στενό χώρο που τυχαία δημιουργήθηκε πίσω από τις κατειλημμένες θέσεις). Την πρώτη νύχτα (04:00), ένοικοι άλλου δωματίου προσπαθούσαν να μπουν στο δικό μας με αποτέλεσμα να μας διακόψουν οριστικά τον ύπνο. Κακή ηχομόνωση (τα γέλιακαι οι φωνές από άλλα δωμάτια σχεδόν ολόκληρη τη νύχτα πολύ ενοχλητικά). Το μπάνιο και τουαλέτα του διπλανού δωματίου είχε παράθυρο στο δικό μας μπαλκόνι με τα λογικά συνεπακόλουθα. Δεν κατάφερα να φορτίσω το αυτοκίνητό μου, καθώς οι οδηγίες που είχα για τον πάροχο δεν λειτούργησαν, τα αναγραφώμενα στοιχεία στον φορτιστή δεν αναγνωρίστηκαν και η υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν δήλωσε πλήρη άγνοια.

Wonderful stay at Akti Lake Living! The apartment was spotless, beautiful and very comfortable, with a great location by the lake. We highly recommend Akti Lake Living to anyone visiting Ioannina. We would happily return without hesitation. Absolutely recommended!
Nice location with lake view, a bit far from the city center, but you can walk there in 20-30 minutes. Shaded parking spaces, elevator in the building, modern room, self check-in and check-out, communication was good and all instructions were received in advance.
However, in the room where we stayed, the bathroom needs immediate fixing. All the water from the shower drain leeks on the bathroom floor somehow. After each shower, you could see the water slowly covering the entire bathroom floor and it was a pretty spacious bathroom. We had to use the towels to stop it. Also, the toilet was kind of weird, you have to flush several times (and wait after each flush for the basin to fill) for a proper result, if you get what I mean ;)

La grandezza della camera
Non è servita la colazione e non c'è il bar nell'hotel ne' uno nelle vicinanze; potrebbero quindi mettere almeno nella camera un bollitore per the o caffe. Andando via abbiamo visto che c'è una specie di angolo cottura in comune al piano terra, cosa che non ci è stato detto dalla ragazza della reception che non parla neanche in inglese. Nel bagno la cabina doccia è vecchia e sporca.La camera doveva essere vista lago ma in realtà al secondo piano il lago non si vede perché la visuale è coperta dagli alberi. Avevo scelto questo hotel per bere un caffè dal balcone guardando il lago!
