Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Skipiste war phantastisch. Zimmergröße und Ausstattung waren auch gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch eine Stunde über der check out Zeit das Zimmer nutzen lassen. Fitnessraum war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Abendbüffet für Kinder war sehr überschaubar in der Auswahl mit wenig gesundem Angebot. Das hätte man für den Preis anders erwartet. Kellner im Restaurant waren aufgrund der Vielzahl an Gästen sehr langsam, wenig persönlich.

Lovely stay, would happily return
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with many options to choose from. In deed all the meals were very good and beautifully presented.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Location ideal for skiers and surrounding area ideal for walking and taking in the scenery especially the lake.

Cons:

Perhaps the choice of a glass of wine or a beer being included with dinner instead of being an extra cost.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Familienhotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde mit all incl. gebucht. In der Beschreibung stand ausgewählte Getränke. Das aber nicht mal ein Schankbier oder Hauswein unter ausgewählte Getränke zählt und das der Kaffee zwischen 12 und 14 Uhr extra berechnet wird, finde ich bei dem Preis nicht in Ordnung. Dies sollte schon im Angebot eindeutig beschrieben sein.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war einfach schön. Die Angebote für die Kinder sind vielseitig und einfach toll. Egal ob es regnet oder die Sonne scheint.
Beim Essen war immer viel los aber das Personal war trotzdem stets gut gelaunt. Jeder Wunsch würde freundlich bedient.
Das Hotel ist zu 100 Prozent weiterzuempfehlen.

Cons:

Wir hatten AI, da war aber nicht alles inkludiert. Der Kaffee zum Mittagessen zum Beispiel. Oder Bier und Wein zum Abendessen.

De gedeeltes die gerenoveerd zijn zijn mooi.

Cons:

Prijs kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. Eten is matig en eetzaal heeft weinig gezelligheid.
