Hotel Casa Blanca Laureles

The address given in the confirmation email was wrong and we ended up at a hostel Casa Blanca in another part of the city. Luckily the hostel called us another taxi otherwise we would have been stranded in the middle of the night in what seemed like an unsafe area.

The hotel had no record of our booking when we arrived - I guess they don't check emails. But they gave us a room anyway.

It was basic but ok - definitely a case of getting what you pay for. We ended up staying five nights just for convenience and we were on a tight budget at the time.

Positives:
- A good location - lots of restaurants nearby and felt relatively safe at night
- They did some laundry for us which was done well
- It was cheap!

Negatives:
- Staff lacking any customer service skills
- Occasionally loud at night (some strange fellow residents who left their room doors open and were shouting)
- We had to ask for sheets every single day as the cleaner kept taking them away and not replacing them - weird!

Al llegar fue confuso porque en la página web de hoteles.com hay una dirección equivocada. Aunque nos pudimos hospedar y nos cobraron el valor acordado por la página web, en el hotel no había reserva para mi familia. Hoteles.com debería mostrar solamente hoteles que si utilicen el servicio de reserva por la web. Aunque hay wifi para los clientes, este es deficiente, no nos funcionó en los tres días que estuvimos allí.

Esperaba un mejor hotel, según las fotografías publicadas. Se percibe desaseo y malos olores. Habitación muy pequeña y colchones muy duros. Zona de estacionamiento muy reducida. Es aceptable la atención, pero puede mejorar.

Bueno primero q todo la dirección del hotel esta errada en la pagina web dice q es por la zona del poblado y realmente es por laureles. Segundo, no sirve el wi fi. Tercero, la atención de los desayunos es pésima más de media hora para q lo atiendan a uno. Cuarto, el parqueadero muy incomodo. Quinto, destaco el sector. Sexto, me parece q el precio no es coherente con el servicio brindado. No es recomendado.

I don´t have time to complete reviews and revies... but this hotel don´t take credit card... only cash... and the wIFI is poor.. on the rooms. Don´t have time to complete and complete... is up to you to do your job.

The address of the Hotel on Expidia was worng... that´s say bad things about if Expidia confirm or no the address of the hotel they are suggesting.
