Cons:

Very little space to store clothes for 2 people. The ski room was always full and nowhere to find a free rack for the boots or skis. We complained about a faulty bulb in the main celling light and it took 2 days to fix (replace). The spa is supposed to be open until 8pm but a quite unfriendly stuff was asking us to leave after 7:30pm.

very good hotel
Pros:

Very nice property in very old authentic austrian style
free parking available which is a big + and by car it’s 5 min to nearest ski lift
staff and reception were very friendly and always welcomed us every time we pass by

Cons:

Breakfast selection seemed a bit poor, only 2 hot dishes were eggs and bacon, however there was a lot of things to make a sandwich. not many fruits available, but i liked a tea section

Dal bych 10, určitě by si to hotel zasloužil, ale mám raději moderní hotely. Jinak vše absolutně vynikající, absolutní čistota, fantastická poloha, výběr pokrmů k snídani byl opravdu obrovský..Poměr cena výkon výborný, byl jsem maximálně spokojen .

Herzlichkeit, Genuss und Entspannung pur
Pros:

Ich war privat im Hotel Bräu im Zillertal zu Gast, um ein paar Tage zu entspannen – und es war rundum gelungen!
Der Wellness-Bereich ist ausgezeichnet: mit einem wunderschönen Garten, kleinen Snacks und sogar selbstgemachtem Arnika zur Anwendung – eine wirklich liebevolle Besonderheit.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: jederzeit aufmerksam, herzlich und immer für die Gäste da. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wertgeschätzt.
Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und wurde mit einem geräumigen Doppelzimmer überrascht. Ein kleines technisches Problem wurde sofort und unkompliziert behoben.
Insgesamt herrscht eine familiäre und warme Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem macht. Ich habe bereits gesagt, dass ich gerne wiederkommen möchte – und das werde ich ganz sicher tun!
An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich noch einmal herzlich für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt bedanken.
