Great stay!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast, a great spa and very friendly staff. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the room was quite warm, so the ventilation/cooling could be improved.

Fabulous hotel let down by staff and silly rules
Pros:

Fabulous location on the zillertal valley. Stunning spa area

Cons:

The staff were rude. No staff around the pool taking orders for drinks. No snack or drinks menu in room or down by the pool. Not allowed to eat breakfast outside despite a huge area for eating next to dining room.

Pros:

Godt klassisk østrigsk hotel med gode faciliteter og god beliggenhed. Morgenmad var rigtig god og vi spiste i restauranten et par gange hvilket også var godt. Poolen var som det øvrige helt i top

Familiengeführtes Haus mit top Ausstattung!

Cons:

Very little space to store clothes for 2 people. The ski room was always full and nowhere to find a free rack for the boots or skis. We complained about a faulty bulb in the main celling light and it took 2 days to fix (replace). The spa is supposed to be open until 8pm but a quite unfriendly stuff was asking us to leave after 7:30pm.
