Poor response from staff,stinking toilets
The service of the front desk is horrible. They show their helpless face in every requirement. The management must engage well trained hotel management employees, who can understand the need of guest and take a quick decision. As hotel is a business of Hospitality, there shouldn't be any hesitation before serving the guest.
Except location advantages, everything else is pathetic.
