I stayed at this hotel with a group of students on a school trip. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. Check-in was so easy, as they were prepared for our arrival with all of our room cards.
The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice. Thanks to everyone who made our time at your hotel enjoyable.
Kapali havuzun uzun bir sure acik olmayacagini belirtmeleri gerekir ,
Odaların acil renıve edilmesi lazım. Radisson ismine kanmamak lazım. Tuvalet ve banyolar inanılmaz kötüydü. Üst kattaki duş aldıpında kaldığım odanın duşun asu akıyordu. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum. Tek olumlu yanı personel çok yardımseverdi
Banyo ile odayı ayıran camda jaluzi perde kullanılmış. Çok saçma bir durum. Jaluzi tam kapatılsada icerisi görünüyor. Havuzun 2 derece daha sicak olmasıni isterdim .cocuklar üşüyor.

Within the scope of one of my projects in Ankara I stayed another night in Park inn Radisson Ankara but unlike my previous two stays in this hotel I experienced an unfortunate stay here.
Firstly I have to mention that all hotel rooms are spacious and fine decorated. Material used in the rooms are brand new But unfortunately sound isolation from the windows is not enough and you can hear the noise coming from the street side during your stay in the room which also damages your sleep at night. I had the smell of cigarette in my room despite the reception informed me that this room was a non smoking room. I asked the reception to change my room but due to the timing it was not accepted.
The spa of the hotel is beautiful, modern and useful including turkish bath, sauna and steam room. In addition there is a small swimming pool inside. Relaxation room of the spa is also lovely and detox water is provided at several locations of the spa. Gym facilities are also fine and Management of the spa is helpful altogether despite I had a small arguement with them.
In addition the hotel reception has refused accepting my dinner check and adding it to my room bill to be paid durung check out instead of it asking me to pay instantly which was interesting and not in Park Radisson quality. I hope that the management find a reasonable answer for this question also.
In sum i believe that Park Radisson staff have to be more careful in fullfillung clients demands and advises specially people who stay frequently at park radisson hotels. Simple mistakes or ignorances should not damage the image and quality of such nice hotel and accommodation.
Hyggelig staff. Rommet jeg fikk hadde badekar/jakuzi inne i rommet som ikke var rengjort ordentlig. Videre var det kloakklult på rommet om natta.
We rested at the hotel for about five days due to a competition organized by TRT. I and my teammates took advantage of all kinds of facilities of the hotel during this stay and we were satisfied. In general, if we need to talk about the areas of the hotel where you can gather, rest and chat, Both the bar that welcomes you at the entrance and the smoking area at the entrance of the hotel were quite spacious, quiet and quiet except for the city noise, and it was an area where you could meet and chat with your colleagues or customers without time limitations, but if I need to make a negative little comment, the seating outside was limited due to the size of the seating area outside, finding a seating area in the early evening could be a problem, but to tell the truth, it was a collective stay with about 100 people, I don't think I would encounter such a problem in the normal times of the hotel.

Ayrıca hava sıcak olmasına rağmen merkezi olarak ısıtmadan çok bunaldık. kapatamadığımız içinde cam açtık.

Oda servisi hızlı ve yemekler çok lezzetli. Harbiden lezzetli ama :d Oda servisi fiyatları ne ucuz ne pahalı. Dışarıda yeseniz hemen hemen aynı para tutar. Odanıza kadar getiriyorlar. Personel ilgili ve alakalı çalışıyor.
Tek eksi yanı otelin merkeze biraz uzak olması. Kendi aracınız varsa problem olacak bir durum değil. Kendi aracınız yoksa otelin hemen yanından toplu taşıma kullanmak mümkünmüş.
Visiting from the states. I stayed at Park Inn Cankaya for business solo-female for 5 days. Started out in room 3007. I usually go to breakfast around 8:30 and return at 10:30. The first day my room was not cleaned. The second and third day I hung the yellow cleaning sign up but I still had to seek out the cleaning staff and ask them to clean my room. They are not aware of who is staying in the rooms or when the guest is out of the room maybe this system needs to be fixed. For the first 3 days there was a light sewage smell radiating from the central air vents in my room, the 3rd day the smell got so bad, I couldn’t focus on work. I requested to move so they put me in room 4009. I had to somewhat bargain with the reception twice for this to happen, they wanted to put me on the 1st floor but that’s a downgrade so eventually they agreed to put me on the 4th floor. If a better room is available why even offer the lower level one since room 3007 smells like toilet sewage? This made me feel like the staff was judging me. The reception staff need customer service training. They need to understand that the happiness of the customer should be a priority. They don’t seem to know this. Since I got to stay in two rooms I noticed that the pillows are old and lumpy, the towels were worn-out and low-quality and the mattresses are mid-range. Most of the English channels on the TV do not work. Even the CNN international channel gave a black error msg in both rooms. Very low channel count with no English movie channels. The TV’s are old, no screen-casting options. No Netflix or any movie channels available. If you want to watch anything from your laptop or phone you just bring your own HDMI cable. Both rooms had some kind of tape or glue left on the ceilings above the beds. I’ve never seen that in any hotel before. The first room I was in also didn’t have a remote for the bathroom blinds. Nice modern bathroom design but the shower heads needs to be removed and properly unclogged/cleaned for limescale. Most of the staff do not understand English. The reception staff and room service staff needs training in customer service, big mistakes: upon checking they didn’t even tell me that there was an indoor pool or gym, in addition to this the reception staff offering me the 1st floor downgrade repeatedly was not professional. Ordering or bringing food from outside the hotel is forbidden. The room service, restaurant and breakfast is very mediocre. One thing that was pretty disgusting for dinner in my room 3 separate times; they served me stale bread that was leftover from the breakfast buffet. At least give your guests fresh bread when they order room service. They also charge me €1.50 (45TL) Euros for one raw onion. Taking advantage of ‘foreign guests’. Paying €1.50 for one onion is the worst rip-off I have ever seen in any hotel internationally in my life. Don’t be fooled by the fancy bar photos. The Sky bar has been shut down from what I saw. Maybe the hotel is trying to save money on heating since it’s difficult to heat the room with the glass ceiling??The Buffet breakfast is classic Mediterranean. One thing I was curious about is the cold pancakes. I’d you want warm pancakes you need to ask the kitchen staff to warm them up for you. In the evening, if you want a drink they directed me to the lobby in which smoking staff members and smoking guests are constantly walking in and out of. The smoke scent of the human traffic in this lobby/bar area is heavy. My main pet peeve was ; If bringing food from outside the hotel is forbidden then the food at Park Inn’s kitchen should be excellent, but it’s just mediocre. This is a hotel that best suits TURKISH speaking business men. Max. Duration : 2 days. Positive note; The Spa (which is a totally separate company) connected to the hotel on the ground floor wowza. That Spa is one of the biggest I’ve ever seen in Ankara. It is fully staffed with Asian ladies and immaculate Onyx interior design. The entire Spa staff speak English better than most staff working inside the hotel. In hotel room 3007 there was no brochure or mention of the Spa. That room also had no shoe horn. It seemed like they didn’t stock it as well as 4009.
I found the Spa by luck since the check in reception never explained that there was a Gym or a spa. Another customer service training problem. I got 2 Massages, used the excellent Turkish Hammam, sauna and steam room. The whole place is so clean and organized. It’s worth staying at Park Inn because of this Spa! Another good mention for the English speaking staff:
Talha helped out a lot at the breakfast to make my coffee, he spoke fluent English and his professional demeanor was quite impressive. The cleaning lady; Hatice was thorough and organized my cosmetics nicely. She has common sense so I applaud this. The cheerful colorful interior design and the lighting is the standard Park-Inn ambiance. For the nightly rate many small factors can be fixed at this hotel. Using the Radisson Brand name they need to keep up with customer service training and make sure that the staff SPEAK English. Maybe test the staff in a more detailed manner so they can communicate with foreign guests. I asked Hişam some questions at the bar but he did not seem to speak English. Deniz female and Deniz the male at reception are professional both speak fluent English. I am American and I taught English for over 15 years so this became a bit of a surprise. Mismanagement of use of space seems to be an issue at this hotel. On the 4th floor there is what used to be the SkyBar. Maybe they shut it down in the winter for some reason but this space would be used for the ‘evening dinner’ room. With the magnificent view I’m sure people from outside the hotel would come spend money to have dinner with the 4th floor view of that space. May I mention that on a positive note : the internet connection in the entire building is lightning-speed fast and I never had any issue with the internet. I made all of my international online video meetings from Australia to Russia to Canada with no problem or glitches whatsoever. Congrats for choosing an amazing internet company Park Inn. On my final day I went down to breakfast at 8:30, when I returned at 10:15 my room was not cleaned. Again, I searched for the cleaner and she said since I was checking out she didn’t clean the room. Is this a rule or what? I want to take a shower before I check out at 12:00 and I have no dry towels. The logic is totally nonsense at this hotel with the cleaning rules! With the crashing Turkish Lira I’d recommend that staff be reminded that they are lucky to have their jobs so maybe they can learn how to be a bit more customer-service oriented especially towards March 2024.
