I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The woman who greeted me upon my arrival was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with a great view of the harbour. There is a café and a bar on site.

Un alojamiento encantador
Pros:

La ubicación es genial, aunque hay que andar un poquito al centro, está bien comunicado por transporte público. Está junto al museo naval en un lugar precioso, íntimo y acogedor. Con unas mágicas vistas. El personal encantador, aunque no hablaban español se esforzaron mucho en atendernos bien y nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable. Sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos aquí.

Un albergo molto pulito, con una vista sul porto molto suggestiva, soprattutto al tramonto.
Pros:

L'albergo è affacciato su un parco e il porto con una vista meravigliosa, soprattutto al tramonto. Si può arrivare comodamente dalla stazione centrale con il bus 42 e poi con 3/5 minuti a piedi. Ho apprezzato moltissimo non trovare la moquette in bagno.

Cons:

La colazione è molto costosa per gli standard italiani (parliamo anche di 25€ una colazione con due succhi d'arancia, della frutta con yogurt, un caffè e una brioche), soprattutto per la tipologia di cibi serviti, che erano quasi esclusivamente cornetti pieni di burro, uova strapazzate e/o bollite. Avere qualche scelta più internazionale come anche solo del pane tostato con della marmellata, della frutta di stagione (molte volte ho trovato l'anguria e il melone, a marzo!) oppure anche dello yogurt magro con dei cereali, al posto di una terrina piena di yogurt molto grasso e pesante, difficile da finire, mi sarebbe piaciuto. Assenza quasi totale di verdura a cena: ok le patatine fritte ma non si vive senza verdura e nemmeno solo di insalata. Il letto è risultato particolarmente scomodo perchè è molto molle.

Un luogo del cuore ad Amsterdam
Pros:

Pension Homeland si è rivelato uno dei punti di forza del nostro viaggio ad Amsterdam. È un luogo accogliente, ricco di storia e personalità. Il personale è squisito, si mangia veramente bene (consiglio di non prenotare la colazione, poichè à là carte potrete provare ogni giorno una loro delizia differente che non è presente nella colazione, come la torta di mele con panna, i pancake o le uova strapazzate con avocado e feta) è possibile gustare le birre locali. La gatta Amy, padrona di casa, è sempre in giro. Le stanze sono confortevoli e si affacciano sul fiume, così come tutta la zona ristoro che consente di godere dei magnifici tramonti dalle grandi vetrate.

Cons:

Per raggiungere la prima fermata del tram utile per raggiungere la stazione centrale o piazza Dam occorre fare 500 metri a piedi. Non è tantissimo, ma ciò rende meno fluido andare e venire più volte al giorno. Problema risolvibile noleggiando la bici.

Pros:

El trato del personal fue bueno. A pesar de que en el hotel había mucha gente, no se sentía el ruido en la habitación, por lo cual pudimos descansar tranquilos.

Cons:

Los 3 días que dormimos en el hotel hubo mucho viento y las ventanas vibraban junto con la puerta. De a ratos pasábamos un poco de frío durante la noche.

Tämä hotelli oli oikea elämys. Hienosti yhdistetty uusi ja vanha pilaamatta talon autenttisuutta. Kaikki toimi. Alakerran ravintolassa kiva tunnelma. Hotelli sijaitsee kauniissa puistossa kanaalien ympäröimänä. Kävelymatka keskustaan ja nähtävyyksiin.

Really enjoyed the vibe and the friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were excellent and very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel was quiet at night so a good sleep. All very clean. Had a great vibe. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bar was a little under stocked, no mixers like coke or lemonade!
