Cons:

We had no hot water all 3 days the second day they let us into a room to shower and said it would be fixed but it wasn’t so we left early

It was average at best.

Cons:

They had no bar tender on staff. Breakfast was a complete disaster. It was served to us in brown paper bags. We declined.

Pros:

Lay out was nice, nice main area when you walk in.

Cons:

False advertising, on line stated that there was a hot tub which is part of why we chose this location. NO HOT TUB!. On line also stated breakfast included, had to pay for an orange juice or any other items they had available. Indoor swimming pool the water was too cold for us to enjoy the pool which was a BIG reason we chose this location.

The pool filter was not on and the pool was really gross, my son was very upset because he couldn't swim. Had to switch rooms late at night because our TV wasn't working. Room smelled bad.

Pros:

I was in a king room with a pull out sofa. The room was very small but clean and plenty cool enough. The bed comfort was average. There were several holes in the wall and in the shower. Bathroom was nice and clean. It was quiet even though our room was right across from the elevator. I totally disliked the shampoo.

Good proximity to restaurants and the baseball fields

Cons:

Refrigerator in room did not have freezer and intermittently was not working. We came back to the room to warm food in the refrigerator that had to be thrown out.
The elevators were extremely hot and humid.
Came back to a warm and humid room after being outside in the heat all day. The temperature in the room was turned up while we were out. I’m assuming by the cleaning staff. It was uncomfortable and the temperature should be left where the guest sets it.
There was garbage piling up in the hallway by the elevator. It was there when we went to our room in the afternoon and was still there with more piling up the next morning.
