The staff. Especially Kate and another girl starting with R. They were the friendliest and helpful people we have come across in our travels.

Perfect stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Beautiful Property with the kindest and warmest staff who were prompt to reply if we needed anything. We thought the location was perfect on the edge of old town without being in the heart of tourist chaos. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in the special triple which was very comfortable for my husband and I and my teenager. Breakfast downstairs were superb in a beautiful restaurant. We will absolutely stay again Morgan and Mees when we are in Amsterdam next.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

The people were great!!! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The food was wonderful - and the coffee sublime. The location was fantastic. You could easily get anywhere on foot.

Cons:

Loved everything about it. We would definitely stay here again.

Fijn hotel maar we vonden het uiteindelijk een hoop geld

Mooi pand

Cons:

Alles was prima alleen vonden we de kamer geen €500,- per nacht waard. We hebben er één nacht geslapen en personeel en ontbijt was top maar de kamer was niet zo bijzonder dat het dat bedrag waard was.
Kijk echt naar de prijs want wij hadden een jubileum te vieren en dachten iets uitzonderlijks te hebben geboekt maar (echt niet om ondankbaar te zijn) dat viel tegen. Kan aan onze verwachtingen liggen maar tegelijkertijd gaan we er vanuit dat jullie toch ook realistisch zijn.

Chic boutique stay
Pros:

A very cool boutique hotel just on the edge of Jordaan. Easily walkable to all the main sites. Good size room and even though our room faced the road, there was no noise. Also a great spot for a drink.

Amazing
Pros:

Everything about this Hotel was wonderful. The service was exceptional, especially from Kate who looked after us so well! It was our daughters birthday while we were there and Kate even gave her a birthday present! The rooms were great, the food was great, the location was great. You must stay here when visiting Amsterdam.

Pros:

部屋は清潔、快適。駅からは少し離れた、繁華街の奥の方。施設としては全く問題無い。

ユニークなのはその仕組み。
ホテルではあるがフロントもなく、有人チェックインもない。なので目に見えるレベルでは「ホテルの人」もいない。ホテルのドアも部屋のドアも、スマホの機能を使って行う。
また、部屋のもので何か不足があれば、サービスルームに行って自分で取ってくる仕組み。とはいえ、チェックイン時間前にホテルに着いた人へのロッカーやミニバーがあったりで、よほどのトラブルが無ければこれでまったく問題無いし、なんなら逆に合理的な気がした。

エレベーターもあるし、価格が折り合えば良い宿泊先候補となり得ると思う。

Cons:

特別なトラブルもなかったから人がいないことはまったく気にならなかったため、悪い点は見当たらなかった

Excellent in every way, we had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They took care of us and made our stay a pleasure. We had wonderful dining at the restaurant and bar. The location was perfect: close enough for sightseeing yet still had a quiet neighborhood vibe. If you are looking for a great boutique hotel, this is it.

Cons:

The hotel is a renovated town house and has no elevators so stairs may be challenging for some. That said, our party had 70 and 80 year olds and we had no problems.
