Very disappointed. Wont be choosing this place again.

The central location

Cons:

The beds were awful . Mattresses were worn and dented and too soft. The “included “ breakfast was a dig disappointment. No coffee or juice and limited to no breakfast . The kitchen informed us that they get a limited amount of items for breakfast and if it’s finished then that’s it. They allowed to to make tea as an exception because there was little to no food left . Don’t include breakfast if there’s not enough to serve for the guests.

A nice surprise just a walk distance from Ochi.
Pros:

Pineapple Court is only few minutes driving, or walking from Ocho Rios Downtown. The position is perfect, as you can reach many beaches or the town in such a short time. The room amazed us, as it was big, extremely comfortable and nice, and it is also well furnished (A/C, couch, desk and chair, mini-fridge, microwave). The bathroom was a bit tiny, but nothing to blame, because the main space was really great. The staff has been nice and welcoming. The breakfast was extremely good (the Jamaican one), just a bit small compared to other places I have been, though. The pool is nice and perfect for a short or relaxing swim, when the weather is not nice. The hotel has other services in addition to the ones described here. The entrance is located in a side street of Main Street, and quite easy to find: do not let the potholes ruin your stay (most of roads are like that), as it is not a problem to dodge those or just take it slow. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with this location (much better than other hotels around Ochi), and I would definitely stay at Pineapple Court again in the future.

Great clean rooms. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Very clean and basic rooms. Great if you’re just looking for a place to stay at while you explore the town. Quiet and tucked away location close enough to the town center. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was good. For the price it’s definitely worthwhile.

A friendly, cost-effective and clean property near enough to the town center.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and courteous. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and tasty. The lady responsible was very courteous and gave us the option to wait until everything was ready. She delivered to our room. I have been to other properties and it took a while to get warm water but this was not a problem here. The internet was fast and relaible compared to other places. Good experience overall.

Cons:

There was a challenge with the television but the internet gave me access on my device.

Great staff, cleanliness, and safety. The location was the only thing that disappointed us
Pros:

The staff, room, and breakfast were all great. Everyone was very nice, the facilities were clean, the beds were comfy, and it felt safe.

Cons:

The location is not great. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest beach, and there is not much near the hotel, so you basically have to uber or taxi to restaurants and other things. On maps, it looks like it's in the middle of lots of things, but in reality, there were two restaurants within walking distance.

Great experience
Pros:
