Perto de tudo!
Pros:

Atendimento atencioso e disponibilidade em fazer q tudo ficasse bem ajustado com nossas necessidades. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Falta manutenção. Há necessidade urgente de ajuste em infiltrações e pintura, especialmente na suíte q ocupamos.

Empfehlenswertes kleines Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Kleines, aber sehr feines Hotel in bester Lage um Miraflores zu erkunden. Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber und einfaches, aber sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Nichts.

No staff at all, when lock on room completely broke and wouldn't let me in.
Cons:

my lock broke and I got locked out of my room late at night, could only get back in because another guest helped me. On top of being stuck outside of my room for hours, panicking that I might not be able to get in and get my passport before my early morning flight. I almost couldn't even check out properly in the morning because there was no one there, in fact I had to let one of the staff, the maid, into the building. If it weren't for the fact that the other guest that stayed there had had to deal with this from 2 previous guests, and had figured out how to eventually get the lock to at least open, I might have not been able to get any sleep and have missed my flight the next morning. This was particularly bad.

Nice location
Pros:

It’s in a good location to get into central Miraflores and the beach.

Cons:

Not quite a boutique hotel, it’s very worn out inside and could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was basic, more choice would have been nice. The WiFi didn’t work in the bedroom and the windows don’t have a proper seal so the noise from the street is noticeable.

Terrible, health hazardous and unresponsive
Pros:

The woman serving breakfast and the breakfast itself was fantastic and the only good thing about the place.

Cons:

Mold and damp, seriously bad, it smelled exactly like the catacombs under the Basílica of San Francisco. We developed throat and lung irritation. We asked politely when they would be in reception and soon after to change rooms via WhatsApp where they had previously been responsive prior to check-in and we received no response to any of our questions (they were rarely on site at reception and had read the messages). I’ve never been ‘ghosted’ like this as a customer for such simple questions. I even translated it into Spanish. Unprofessional to not respond at all and place guests in a room with that much mold which is hazardous to health.

Mold and damp in the room a serious health hazard. The host stopped communication when issue was raised. They were rarely on site maybe a few hours in the evening on some days.

De forma geral foi uma ótima estádia.
Pros:

atendente cordial, hotel bem localizado, acomodaçãoes ok, recepção gentil, hotel com uma ótima estetica.

Cons:

recepção não funciona durante todo o dia, apenas parte do dia, quarto pouco iluminado, poucas tomadas, chuveiro com dificuldades de aquecimento.

Boa experiência
Pros:

Localização excelente, perto de vários restaurantes, no centro de Miraflores, que é um bairro maravilhoso. O café da manhã é bom, com opções de ovo e frutas. O quarto também estava bem limpo, era um quarto espaçoso e o chuveiro ótimo.

Cons:

Não tem funcionário 24h na recepção, ou em qualquer local do hotel muitas vezes. Então se precisa de algum suporte, em certos horários não tem ninguém pra te ajudar. Eles dizem que é só a partir das 22h, mas chegamos em vários horários ao longo do dia sem nenhum funcionário presente.
