City hotel

Приезжали в командировку на пару дней.Остановились в Отель Сити. Сняли 4 номера. Номера не большие, но всё чисто. В номере двуспальная кровать (две кровати сдвинуты), холодильник, телевизор, WiFi, туалет, душ. Завтраки 350р\чел (шведский стол) тут же в кафе "Коляда" очень вкусно! Тут же можно и пообедать и поужинать.

Хороший , тихий и уютный отель. Чисто, все приборы рабочие. Самое главное- не прокуренные номера.

Attention, this is not a family’s hotel, if you have children don’t go to this hotel. It’s a hotel for fast meetings (if you can understand me). I have stayed there for three nights and I could hear the couples across the walls. The girls in the reception are kind, but I cannot say the same about the guys. I don’t know why they looked at me as I was a criminal. I don’t know about russian people, but Brazilians are always smiling and we are kind with foreign people. But the guys from the staff were rude and not polite. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the old part of the city (left-hand embankment of the Ob' River) in a small street in a bedroom district, therefore, it's always quiet in the hotel at any time of a day which is critical for a full-fledged rest. We have stayed there two of us in a Studio suite but it did not seem to have a small space as the room turned out to be cozy and light with a King Size bed. Personnel (including cleaning ladies and cafe) were very polite, responsive, benevolent and willing to assist with any issues and we did not hear any rejections or absence of time for helping to anybody with anything any single time. They meet clients' requests half way. In the hotel, it is very clean, the environment is cozy, cleaning is done every day, the room towels, gowns and disposable slippers on daily basis as well as sugar, tea bags and welcome bottles of water (2 x 0.5 L) in rooms are replenished. Another important moment was that the hotel had a free-of-charge Wi-Fi option that makes communication for the quests from other countries and states much more easier when communicating with their homes. At the backside of the hotel, there is a small backyard with a small parking lot for the guests fenced off with a concrete wall panels where the smokers can enjoy their tobaccos. A video camera is also provided at its territory. Catering is perfect and of a restaurant quality and excellent plating. As per requests, the cafe personnel provides menus (solely in Russian though. I believe, the reception staff may help the guests with translation of the menu items) and delivers the ordered meals to the rooms (room meal serving - 100 Russian roubles). There are one catering hall (with a live music band in the evenings) and a banquet hall but the noise and music do not disturb the residents as the sound-proofness of the premises is excellent. An additional pleasant moment was that a draft beer outlet (PivoPei - Drink Beer) is located right opposite to the hotel where a very various assortment of beers (both, draft and bottled) as well as soft drinks, beer snacks and saltings (fish and fish products) are available. A bakery where freshly baked rolls and buns are sold is also situated next to the beer outlet. Behind its corner, a drug store is available which is pretty convenient, should anyone need any medicaments.
The only delta with this hotel, in our opinion, were the room pillows (synthetic, new, high height) as the angle of our heads to the bed plane was pretty steep which made breathing inconvenient and resulted in an incomplete resting and general fatigue in the morning. So, we used small almost flat hassocks (pillows) instead of those pillows. We would recommend the hotel replacing those with other pillows with a lesser height but the quests' preferences are different and this is solely our opinion. As for the rest, everything was fine.
In brief, we would recommend this hotel to all guests of the city for its moderate prices and excellent quality of servicing.

Очень хороший ресторан Коляда на первом этаже- все очень вкусно и не дорого. Завтраки в ассортименте.
Не хватает в номере гардероба для одежды, есть только вешалки, которые можно повесить непонятно куда.
Очень жесткая кровать. Просил одну большую, но получил две-сдвинутых в одну.
