Kívülről szép, sokat ígérő helynek tűnik, de legközelebb nem jönnénk ide, mert minőségben sajnos nem egy 4 csillagos hot

Az elhelyezkedése jó volt, az ott dolgozók kedvesek voltak, bar/medence része hangulatos nagyon szép kilátás.

Cons:

REGGELI 90%-ban ugyanaz, olajban tocsogott még a legegészségesebb reggeli opció is (tojás, saláta), a legtöbb opció cukros és egészségtelen, a fürdőnkben a zuhányzóhoz nem járt zuhanykabin és törölközővel kellett szárítgatni a padlót minden egyes alkalommal, de még volt, hogy így is elárasztotta az egész fürdőt a víz, a hűtő búgott, emiatt ki kellett húznunk, mert nem tudtunk tőle aludni. Ruháknak nem volt szekrény, csak egy vállfás rész ahol kb 5-6 ruhadarab fért el. A falak annyira vékonyak voltak, hogy a szomszéd minden párbeszédét hallottuk.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück mit Meerblick zu geniessen ein Traum. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Mir hat persönlich die gute Auswahl an frischem Obst, wechselnden griechischen Spezialitäten, Getränken und die Sauberkeit am Buffet gefallen.

Cons:

Ich würde davon abraten ein Zimmer ohne Meerblick auszuwählen, da auf dieser Seite gegenüber vom Hotel eine Baustelle ist. Die Arbeiten beginnen bereits gegen 7:15 morgens.
Ich hatte dieses Hotel für meinen Aufenthalt ausgewählt, da ich letztes Jahr gute Erfahrungen in der Crystalle Bar des Hotels gemacht hatte. Das Personal war damals trotz Hochsaison sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider habe ich dieses Jahr (am Anfang der Saison) durchaus gegensätzliche Erfahrungen erlebt. Mit Ausnahme von 2 Mitarbeitern schien mit die Mehrheit des Personals eher genervt und unfreundlich, insbesondere die Frau hinter der Bar. Die griechische Gastfreundlichkeit, die ich sonst an anderen Orten der Insel erfahren durfte, war hier leider nicht zu spüren. Der Pool und die dazugehörigen Liegen, die neben und unterhalb der Bar sind, darf man nur bis um 19 Uhr nutzen, die Bar hat jedoch bis Mitternacht geöffnet. Als ich an einem Tag, an dem es durch den Wind eher kühler wurde bis um die erlaubte Uhrzeit mit Kleidung auf einer Liege lag, wurde ich auf eine extrem unprofessionelle Weise vom Pool verscheucht. Gegen 18:45 wurden die Sprinkleranlagen angestellt und meine Tasche und ich wurden komplett nass. Da ich kurze Zeit vorher einen Drink an der Bar bestellt hatte und ein Mitarbeiter sogar direkt vorher an mir vorbeilief, kann ich mir kaum vorstellen, dass ich übersehen wurde. Zudem wurde das Wasser nachdem ich im Schock aufschrie, ausgestellt. Das weist daraufhin, dass jemand es bemerkt haben muss... Der Mitarbeiter der kurz vorher an mir vorbeigelaufen war, entschuldigte sich nicht und tat so als ob er kein Englisch sprechen würde. Die anderen Mitarbeiter der Bar, die sonst immer am rumlaufen waren, versteckten sich als ich hochkam. Mit einer Entschuldigung wäre ich wirklich zufrieden gewesen, da Fehler passieren. Dieses Verhalten finde ich jedoch absolut unprofessionell und gemein. Ich habe diesen Vorfall danach bei der Rezeption gemeldet, jedoch wurde ich dort nicht ernst genommen.

Pros:

Das Crystal Beach Hotel ist in Zakynthos eine Topadresse. Es liegt unmittelbar am Strand in herrlicher, ruhiger Lage. Tolles, großes Pool, sehr freundliches Service, saubere Zimmer und überragendes Frühstück. Es gibt im Hotel auch ein Restaurant und in der Nähe Tavernen bzw in der Nachbarschaft die Möglichkeit, Autos und Scooters auszuborgen. Wir waren 10x auf Zakynthos, dieses Hotel war am besten. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein. Beim Duschen spritzt man unweigerlich alle Sanitärsachen an, weil es keinen Duschvorhang oder eine geschlossene Duschkabine gibt. Die Restaurantpreise und Getränke sind gegenüber den traditionellen Tavernen überteuert.

Pros:

Insgesamt schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht, Pool und direkt am Strand lokalisiert. Restaurant und Bar sind in Ordnung, man kann sich immer auch an die Poolliegen Getränke bestellen. Strand ist sehr schön und beliebt.

Cons:

Zimmer ziemlich klein, kein gutes Licht zum Schminken. Die Gegend ist nicht die beste, wenn man spazieren gehen will

住宿只能满足基本需求 但位置真的很好
Pros:

早餐很丰富，当初选这个酒店就是因为紧靠海滩，而且远离市区安静。

Cons:

房间的储物问题吧，没什么柜子和架子来放东西，而且卫生间洗手池下水很慢，可能是被沙堵了，床太软了，没啥支持力，睡了起来身上酸，其他的都很好，服务也很好。

TOP en zeker een aanrader.
Pros:

AL het personeel is super vriendelijk.
Het ontbijt was TOP. Af en toe hebben we er gedineerd en ook dat was heerlijk. TOP beachbar ook.
Het was overal heel schoon en netjes. Ook bij het zwembad.
Mooi verzorgde tuin en omgeving van het hotel.

Cons:

Er waren veel wespen.
Wellicht wat wespenvallen neerzetten.
Wij letten daar wat meer op omdat mijn man allergisch is. Maar we hebben de epi-pen gewoon de hele dag meegenomen.
