Relax, comfort e vista mare: tutto perfetto
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa al Crystal Beach Hotel e l'esperienza ha superato le nostre aspettative. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: direttamente sulla splendida spiaggia di Kalamaki, con una vista sul mare che rende ogni momento della giornata speciale.
La camera era spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e molto confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il ricchissimo set di cortesia: oltre ai classici prodotti da bagno, erano presenti rasoi, crema da barba, spugna per il bagno e molti altri accessori. Sono dettagli che dimostrano una grande attenzione verso gli ospiti e che è davvero difficile trovare in altri hotel.
Il personale è stato sempre sorridente, professionale e disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal nostro arrivo.
La colazione era varia e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Anche il ristorante merita una menzione speciale: si cena magnificamente, con piatti eccellenti, ingredienti di qualità e una splendida atmosfera vista mare. Per noi è stata una delle esperienze più piacevoli del soggiorno.
La piscina è molto curata, ma il vero gioiello è il bar della piscina: una location spettacolare affacciata direttamente sul mare, perfetta per gustare un cocktail o uno spuntino ammirando un panorama mozzafiato, soprattutto al tramonto.
L'hotel si trova inoltre in una posizione strategica per visitare facilmente tutta l'isola di Zante, pur rimanendo in una zona tranquilla e rilassante.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto TUTTO! La posizione sul mare , la piscina tranquilla sempre pulita , la camera vista mare , attenzione e cura e pulizia degli ambienti , giardino con tante piante , sempre curato, la posizione comoda per andare a piedi a Kalamaki dove si possono trovare tanti negozietti e taverne
Il tutto è stato allietato dalla presenza costante di gattini simpatici desiderosi di attenzione !

Nulla ! A parte qualche piccola dimenticanza nel rifare la camera, ma puntualmente colmata dallo staff .

Był to mój kolejny pobyt w hotelu Crystal i był bardzo udany. Jest to najlepiej położony hotel na południu wyspy. Widok z okna jest obłędny, codziennie usypia was szum morza. Pokoje zostały odnowione , są naprawdę komfortowe , sprzątane codziennie. Absolutnym hitem jest pokój Queen. Jak zawsze przepyszny lunch w barze przy plaży i kolacje w restauracji. Wrócimy poraz kolejny.

Cons:

Duży plus za poszerzenie oferty śniadań o ciepłe dania. Brakuje mi jeszcze pancace i naleśników i gofrów.

al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno che ci aiutasse con le valige, ci hanno dato una camera che era stata ricavata da un corridoio e aveva 2 pericolosi scalini tanto che la mia amica è cascata. avevamo il lavabo nel corridoio e il WC e doccia in un ripostiglio. Noi avevamo prenotato una camera una camera con vista male, invece ci hanno dato uno spicchio di vista mare perché il resto vedevamo solo tetti roventi che ci toglievano la brezza del mare.
la cosa più brutta è che quando abbiamo chiesto, il giorno dopo del nostro arrivo e dopo che la mia amica era caduta di cambiare camera questa c'è stata cambiata solo 4 giorni dopo del nostro arrivo quindi in pratica c'è stato rovinato il soggiorno. alla reception c'era una ragazza di nome Eferia che era la scortesia in persona. poi parliamo della spiaggia cera scritto che era privata e invece costava €20 al giorno e dovevamo fare la corsa la mattina per prendere l 'ombrellone. il passaggio al mare dall'hotel apriva alle 10 ma per far si di riuscire a prendere l o ombrellone dovevamo fare un pezzo di strada fuori dall'hotel.Ora quello che io mi domando è come che questo hotel è 4 stelle e ha una vostra valutazione di 9.2. Io mi con voi Booking non ho mai avuto sorprese ma adesso comincio ad avere i miei dubbi sulle vostre valutazioni. io spero vivamente che interveniate con l'hotel. se andate a vedere sempre a Zante the Bay Hotel voi date la stessa valutazione che date al Cristal , io ci sono stata al Bay Hotel e vi assicuro che tra i 2 ci corre dal giorno alla notte, per favore fate qualcosa.

Never an issue to get a sun bed round the pool no matter what time of day.

Cons:

The €20 euro charge for 2 loungers and an umbrella on the beach even for hotel guests.
The staff were really awkward about handing out beach towels -on the last day they told us it was meant to be 1 per person every 2 days - I can’t do that. So if you need more than that bring some with you!
The shower size is small. If you are on the larger size you won’t fit.
We asked for a twin room, when we arrived it was a double bed. Reception said that it could be made into a twin the next day. Next day a different receptionist said not possible. The day after we mentioned it directly to housekeeping and they sorted it straight away no issues.

L'emplacement est vraiment génial, l'hôtel est situé dans un endroit très calme mais pas loin non plus du centre de Kalamaki. La piscine et la plage sont très agréables, nous avons bien mangé autant au restaurant, qu'au bar de la piscine. Le personnel était vraiment très accueillant. Nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons ! Il est également possible de réserver certaines excursions directement depuis l'hôtel.
