Fab hotel, lovely decor, and all creature comforts, lovely sea view from the bedroom. Very clean and everything you need - great facilities. We ate in the evening in the pub side of the hotel, good menu choice. Relaxed and lovely view. We have visited before and had a meal in the main restaurant which was also lovely. You can also use the pool and gym if you are a guest.we didn't but a nice option to have.its quite far from the town, but it is lovely and quiet, so perfect for us. You can easily drive or get a taxi or walk if the weather is good.lovely touches- bathroom toiletries are lovely and feel luxurious- shower powerful which is great, complementary water in the room, biscuits and tea coffee etc- hairdryer also in the room and mini fridge.

Unpleasant and cold experience at Fistral Beach Hotel
Pros:

This was Christmas Week and the heating did not work in the hotel. It was very cold in the hotel but despite knowing that their heating did not work no one offered us a discount on our stay. It was very cold. The so called fire in the lounge emitted no heat whatsoever. It is not pleasant eating in a cold dining room. The lack of heating and the rude restaurant breakfast manager spoiled our stay. I would hope someone would come back to us. The food also varied from being just enough to not enough. Disappointing.

Perfect location. Facilities and staff excellent.
Pros:

Large rooms, excellent staff service, Spa facilities excellent as is the location

Cons:

I could imagine parking at the hotel in the summer would be luck of the draw. But for us no issues as we stayed in January.

not very accessible to the town centre if you wanted to visit newquay often.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön oberhalb des Fistral Beaches, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht und den Strand. Das Frühstück war super lecker, es gab eine sehr große Auswahl und wurde teilweise serviert. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und das Bad war sehr groß. Wunderschöne Bar mit tollem Snacks und einem ebenfalls traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht. Auch der Spa Bereich ist super eingerichtet, Schwimmbad, Sauna, Dampfbad, Whirlpool, alles sehr sauber, auch die Umkleiden und Duschen. Täglich gab es Sportkurse (ich habe Yoga gemacht, tolle Trainerin); auch das Fitnessstudio ist bestens ausgestattet. Also alles in allem ein SUPER HOTEL!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder...
