Felt we could have had a nice bottle of wine in our room as I had said it was our 34th anniversary and surprise for my husband's birthday given the cost of the room per night!

Perfect hotel close to Fistral beach

Very nice hotel at great location. Super clean and calm hotel room. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant is really good and is offering gluten free options. The breakfast was great! We'd love to come back!!! All in all the perfect hotel close to Fistral beach. Thank you for the amazing service!

Cons:

The parking is for free after registration but the parking area is quite narrow and they run out of available parking lots quite quckily. Nevertheless, it is for free what is great!

Excellent location, service and food, perfect for a Fistral Beach stay
Pros:

Every member of staff we interacted with was absolutely lovely, the levels of customer service at this hotel are really outstanding.
Similarly, the food in the restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast, was excellent, far better than you would expect for a relatively small hotel.
The location is literally perfect, with amazing views of the beach (from some rooms but from all of the public areas of the hotel), which is only a few minutes walk away. It should be noted that Newquay itself is a bit a longer walk (around 20-25 minutes) but not particularly ardous and walking along the back of the beach makes it pretty easy (although it can be dark when coming back at night).

Cons:

Some of the design element s in the rooms was a little tired, especially when you consider the price (>£200 a night) and is in need of an update. Similarly, there were some areas (window frames for example) that needed a good clean, even accepting that the damp sea air makes things harder.
