Ein sehr komfortables Hotel mit tollem Blick, aber für uns etwas zu groß und unpersönlich und die Lage zu abseitig
Pros:

Der Blick aus dem Zimmer war fantastisch, das Bad geräumig und der Balkon auch sehr schön

Cons:

Die Lage war sehr abseits, Restaurants waren fußläufig, schlecht erreichbar, nach Tagesausflüge, sehr schwierig.
Ohne Auto eher nicht zu empfehlen, ein Bus fährt nur alle 2 Stunden.

Very enjoyable, great staff who were always polite and friendly and the location was perfect
Pros:

Location was great with views across the bay. Decor was excellent too . Nice spa

Cons:

Car parking was always an issue as too few spaces and very tricky to get into them due to narrow lane between the two lanes

It was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was great ! Good selection of everything, I would just add cheese slices and potentially ham to the continental buffet but that's just my personal preference for breakfasts.

Cons:

The room was smaller and less fancy than we expected but that's because we didn't know what they looked like and next time we will book 3rd floor which was amazing.

I would definitely recommend this hotel as a base in the Newquay area.
Pros:

The hotel was in good position with great views. It is comfortable, cosy and quietly accommodating. The staff are brilliant; helpful, professional and thoughtful. It runs like a well oiled machine. There is plenty of choices from the breakfast bar and a choice of cooked food to be ordered.

Cons:

My only comment would be towards the cooked food. It was portion controlled (which was a good thing) but you had to be aware of asking for the exact amount you required.
The meals, including the bar food, were a little unimaginative and definitely not consistent eg. A mushroom pizza one evening was luscious with lots of topping, and two nights later the same pizza was very dry, over-baked with very little topping.
The scrambled egg also changed appearance daily.

Parts of the stay were very good, dining,view etc but had a terrible night's sleep.
Pros:

Dinner excellent, breakfast good and location good.

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable, the duvet was only acceptable for the winter, not blazing hot summer days, pillows not great, woke up with a bad neck.
