The hotel staff out did themselves, it was our 20th wedding anniversary and they had prepared our room with rose petals
Pros:

It’s set alongside and overlooking the beautiful Fistral Bay, we booked a seaview room with a balcony, the spa room was well designed with a hot tub, steam room and sauna in the pool area. The restaurant and bar areas are spacious and comfortable with a sea view

Pros:

The hotel was in a great spot, and the room had a balcony and a smashing close-up view of Fistral beach, from the bedroom and bathroom. The room was lovely and warm and really nicely decorated. The bed had a topper and was super king and very comfy. The bathroom was large with a large bath and the robes and flip flops were a nice touch. The coffee machine was a nice extra, and the tea bag selection was good. Toiletries provided were in generously large bottles and were vegan and cruelty free. The pool looked lovely. We had cocktails and a pizza in the bar, which was fun, if a bit chilly.. parking was good and free.

Cons:

Nothing really. We got into a bit of a 'thing' with the guy who brought our cocktails. One was clearly smaller than the other (we had the same cocktails). Rather than replace the small one, he convinced us it was to do with the way the ice cube wasn't placed properly in the bottom, which involved tweezers and a bit of a faff. We'd have preferred a replacement and no faff! Otherwise staff were very professional and lovely.

Food portions were tiny! Spend £65 pounds on a meal and left hungry. Food was tasty but extremely small.

Excellent. We loved it. Perfect place for our honeymoon.
Pros:

You asked: "Did the price you paid match your expectations?" I answerd "No." The reason that I said "No" is because I booked 2 rooms and both rooms were incredibly good value for more. I would have thought they'd be more expensive.

Cons:

I liked everything. The room was warm, extremely comfortable, super clean, incredible view, it was fantastic.

Breakfast was delicious loads of choice and staff
very professional and friendly and that applies throughout the hotel / didn't use Spa facilities as preferred to unwind outside as setting is amazing .

Staff very friendly and genuine.
Hotel view.
No children.

Cons:

Food was below parr across the board, and verses the price.
Two Pizzas really were not nice.
Breakfast coffees were average out of a machine.

A lovely hotel but disappointed with the overpriced restaurant food.
Pros:

Location of hotel perfect for us. Booked a special deal so it was good value compared to general room rate. Very friendly staff, couldn't fault them, very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

The room was lovely but the shower was over the bath and I struggled to get in and out of it. Maybe I should have requested a walk in shower. We ate in the Dune restaurant our 1st night, food overpriced and underwhelming, very disappointed and avoided it the 2nd night even though we were celebrating my husbands birthday.

Good stay, few tweaks would make it better.
Pros:

I loved the view and the bar area. Parking was really easy.

Cons:

The bed was two singles made up as a double which was a little uncomfortable and not ideal for a romantic night away plus would have liked proper coffee at breakfast rather than that from a machine.
