Fabulous views and location. Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Comfortable bed, lovely spa facilities, nice complementary products. Balcony views were unforgettable

No air conditioning or adequate fans in rooms

Looking a bit tired here and there particularly the spa and air conditioning in the rooms would be an asset.
Fantastic location - lovely views over Fistral Beach and surrounding areas
The building is looking a little tired and in need of updating and modernising. Whilst the room was okay, for a hotel in this price bracket I would expect more; a better and larger tv, USB charging sockets, a heated bathroom mirror to name few!
The parking is a lottery - I paid £15 per night for reserved parking, but got nothing of the sort. Even the allocated parking spaces were 'first come, first served' and extracting your car from the extremely tight spaces required considerable manoeuvring!
Whilst the bedrooms were clean and well kept, the cleaning and maintenance regime in public areas leaves a lot to be desired. Grubby window sills, peeling paintwork, weeds....

The room was very spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable, the sea view from the room was good, the facilities in the room was spot on everything we needed, break was good plenty of options to choose from.
Let people know there is a £50 per person deposit rather than drop it on them when they arrive, it was no problem for us but could cause issues if they are budgeting their stay.
On the positive side, the breakfast area and lobby have a beautiful view overlooking the beach, which is a great feature of the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The hotel has limited parking availability, and parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. As we arrived late in the evening, we had difficulty finding a secure parking space.
The spa facilities seemed quite expensive, and as we did not feel we would get good value for money, we decided not to use them. The hotel is also located quite far from the town centre.
The room was very basic, and considering the warm weather, having an air conditioning system would significantly improve comfort. The breakfast was also quite basic and, unfortunately, not particularly tasty.
Although our booking included breakfast, an additional charge of £55 for two people was taken from our debit card. This amount was refunded when we checked out, but it would have been better if this had been explained clearly beforehand.
The Bar staff were fantastic and sorted out every need. They even knew my room number and kept the drinks flowing. The restaurant staff were also fab. Spa was excellent

The room was so hot no air conditioning just a fan that blew hot air around and the smallest window with baby seagulls underneath screaming all night no way of cooling the room down at all 30+ degrees
The peace and quiet was amazing.. the views stunning… The staff were all so friendly and helpful.. the room was great and the breakfast superb 👌
Nothing not to like
Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war recht sauber und gross und die Aussicht super.
Restaurants ausserhalb des Hotels sind alle etwas weiter entfernt. Man muss mindestens 15 - 20 Minuten Fussmarsch einplanen, was aber dann auch wieder ein guter Verdauungsspaziergang ist. Aber dafür ist das Hotel gleich überhalb des Fistral Beach.
One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. We were in room 301. The bath with the ocean view was just phenomenal.
A slight damp smell but normal considering it was right on the beach.
I have stayed several times at Fistral beach hotel. The location is lovely overlooking the sea and the staff are very helpful.
Parking is a little difficult
