Palmetto Hotel Business San Miguel

The stay at the hotel was great. The staff were rwally kind and helpful. The suit itself was comfortable (especially after the long flight).

The breakfast is wonderful and the view is excellent

Nice hotel, clean, safe, with good service. Personal is also very kind. Restaurant on the top floor with nice view and good kitchen, especially Sopa Criolla =)
Close to main shopping and entertainment activities in San Miguel.

Place was ok, but couldn't sleep , to much noise all day long u can heard the cars from the street , they don't have the neccesery window to avoid noise from the street , terrible

Nice place, secure, friendly and clean.
Only thing would like is have more light in the bathroom and a mirror extra in the room.

It is a good hotel, with a good welcoming from the staff. Very good food, with good rooms as well. It was a really pleasent stay

The pictures are misleading. Room had a fishy smell. No AC in room and ceiling fan didn’t work.
Shower clogged and walls had mold.
The standard room comes with a really small bed.
Super noisy outside the hotel and area around the hotel not the safest. Staff were very nice and tried to accommodate us but didn’t have anything better for us. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were good. Slow service but overall ok.
I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s closer to the airport but for an extra 20 mins each way, I’d rather stay in Lima.

They have a nice comolementary breakfast. Also, the room service is good. Their rooms are very clean.

La habitacion limpia y comoda y buen servicio del front desk. Unica queja es que el aire acondicionado (aunque lo dejamos apagado) se le puede observar sucio y hongo en las aletas del ventilador. Tambien como fuimos en una epoca fria, todo en la habitacion olia a mojado y se sentia mojado al tacto. Pero esto anteriormente no nos habia pasado por ser otra epoca del año

Perhaps I should I done more research, but this hotel is on a very busy and loud street. Throughout the night and morning it was just constant noise of cars and honking. It was not relaxing.

The bed was quite short. I’m 5’10” and if I were any taller I would have had trouble fitting on it.

The facility was clean and felt safe, but there weren’t many places to walk and get food, and ATMs were far away by foot.

Very helpful staff. Call for my taxi or Grab rides. Was a very clean hotel. In a fairly quit area. Highly recommended.

No habia aire acondicionado y en los baños no ponen papel higienico suficiente. La cama matrimonial es una cama full es pequeña para una pareja.

Everything was clean and quiet. Views of the surrounding Callao was amazing

Extremely noisy room (street noise) all night long and extremely hot in the room and no Air conditioning … when i ask to change the room in a middle of the night, because it was impossible to sleep, i was charge an additional fee even with my Gold status and even with a multiple of rooms available.

This is my second time staying here. Hotel is clean and easily accesible. But this time what made the difference was the amazing service and attention. I had issues with my flights and the staff stayed in communication with me, checked in on me, offered flexibility and reassurance. It made a stressful situation better. Thank you so much!

No tenía aire la habitación pero me cambiaron a una con aire.

Pero sin ascensor en 3 piso y la verdad no hay muchas opciones para explorar cerca. Es solo para business.
