Very disappointing stay – broken window and no solution
Pros:

During our stay, the window in our room was broken and could neither be properly opened nor closed. There was a visible gap, and cold air kept coming in throughout the night. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially during winter.

The apartment is located directly along the main road, and the traffic noise at night was very loud. With the window unable to close properly, the noise became unbearable and made it very difficult to sleep.

What was even more disappointing was the reaction from the front desk. Instead of offering any solution, room change, or compensation, we were met with a dismissive attitude and told that nothing could be done because the property was fully booked. There was no real attempt to help or improve the situation.

Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience and not what we expected. We hope the property takes responsibility and fixes these issues for future guests.

Super stay
Pros:

Good location but that's about it
Pros:

Good location if you arrive my car with onsite parking facilities. The staff were also very attentive.

Cons:

Didn't get the bed type I had requested so needed to change rooms which was a bit annoying after a long trip. Rooms pretty basic and hotel full of stoned teenagers

Excellent et paisible
Pros:

À 5min de la gare Sloterdijk ou vous pouvez prendre le metro ou le train pour vous rendre au centre d'Amsterdam.
L'hôtel est très joli, calme, paisible, cozy et propre les fauteuils à la réception sont très confortables si vous arrivez plutôt et que vous voulez vous reposer le temps que votre chambre soit prête.
Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute.
La chambre était propre et calme, et les lits sont super confortables ont dirait qu'on dort dans un nuage.
Le petit déjeuner et copieux, même pour les musulmans ou les végétariens si vous ne mangez pas de charcuterie il y'a un large choix de produits salés et sucrés.
Un spécial remerciement à : Owen, Philippe, et les deux autres Monsieurs de la réception a qui j'ai pas demandé les prénoms. À Shérif du room service.
Si je revient à Amsterdam je n'hésiterai pas à revenir à Urban lodge.

Cons:

Je pense qu'il faudrait essuyer plus souvent la poussière sous le lit ça fait un peu tousser les allergiques la nuit.
À part ça tout était super

Lovely hotel for a break and convenient to the centre
Pros:

Staff were lovely and friendly. The location was convenient only 1 stop on the sprinter from Amsterdam Centraal. They have prosecco hour daily ! The lounge and rooms were lovely and convenient. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms daily.

Cons:

On the second day the cups we were given, one had a bug and dust inside. So we removed it from our room. After this we never used the cups again.

Pros:

The location, the facilities! Good value for money

Cons:

The shower drain was pulled apart when we walked in. We ended up with food poisoning from the bacon , we told the staff but we didn’t hear anything further
