This hotel couldn’t be better located - right on the beach in a beautiful peaceful location! It is about a kilometre walk along the beach or road to the bustling little town of Potos with plenty of little shops and eating places. There are two excellent restaurants on the beach within close proximity and a taverna on the main road. The fantastic pool at the front overlooks the sea and has amazing sunsets. The room was basic but in great condition and we were very comfortable. The friendly service of every member of staff, particularly Dimitra on reception, was outstanding. The breakfast was excellent. Can’t praise this hotel highly enough and have already recommended it to friends.

Kamari Beach Hotel was a great place for our short stay in Thassos. Breakfast was excellent with great views of the beach. We found the rooms to be clean, sheets were crisp and our balcony was large with nice views. The only suggestion is that management makes a small investment in the rooms eg. add a few extra power points, larger televisions and lighting improvements.

It was great to have a large swimming pool which was clean, although we would have liked to have had a few more lounge chairs around the pool.

Overall, Kamari Hotel is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and I recommend it to anybody who wants a relaxing time in a really good location.

Lo mejor : hotel directamente a pie de la playa, buen desayuno con vistas de la terraza espectaculares (playa y montaña), recepciónista muy amable, cama confortable. El restaurante cerca "Seabreeze" es super bueno.
Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que no tiene privacidad desde las terrazas de las habitaciones (se ve todos los vecinos...) Pero todo lo demás muy bien!

Easy access to the beach, nice pool area. The rooms are a bit weird. The bathrooms have a glass portion of the wall and are not very well lit (shower part especially). Room was a decent size, however again the issue with lights. The main light for the whole room is fluorescent - red, green, yellow, blue.
Overall not a bad hotel, but I don't think I would stay there again.

Helaas aan het eind van het seizoen lijkt er niets meer te gebeuren in het hotel is men zich aan het voorbereiden op de winter, zodoende werd er vreemd opgekeken toen wij ons kwamen melden bij de receptie voor een kamer welke wij geboekt hadden via de app met onze zuurverdiende extra gratis nacht.
naar wat heen en weer gebel door de receptioniste in een kamer gestopt welke nog toonbaar was, op de kamer zelf was niets op aan te merken deze was prima in orde en had waarschijnlijk recent een update gehad met ook een paar heerlijke bedden.
na een wat verhitte autotocht hadden we wel zin in een lekkere koele duik in het zwembad maar.. helaas hier was waarschijnlijk een aantal weken niets aan gebeurd op schoonmaakgebied en helemaal groen uitgeslagen van de alg!
volgende ochtend ons ontbijt genuttigd in de koude regenachtige buitenlucht omdat het blijkbaar te veel moeite was om binnen een aantal zitjes te creeren.
dus al met al een teleurstellende ervaring in dit horrorhotel!

It was a shame this is a great location the beach is perfect for swimming which we had to do as unfortunately our amazing pool turned green for the last 4 days we were there.
Some of the staff were abrupt and the boss as they called him had some stupid rules.
It is a nice hotel but could offer so much more they couldn’t even offer you a sandwich.
But it is a very nice hotel and peaceful relaxing area.
A short walk away from restaurants and further along a good selection of bars and more restaurants in Potos 😃

The hotel is in perfect location, pool, beach, town !

Μέτριο ξενοδοχείο..το δωμάτιο είχε σκόνη παντού , το πάτωμα βρώμικο, τα παράθυρα δεν έχουν σίτες και πατζούρια. Στο χώρο του πρωινού κυκλοφορούν μύγες πάνω στα τρόφιμα.

We really enjoyed our vacations in Thasos and on Kamari Beach Hotel.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a week one summer, and next summer my mother and my sister joined us. The hotel has very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, two pools, one pool bar, a restaurant (which would only make pizza and pasta), free parking, free wi-fi (which would work better in and around the lobby), free chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests, sandy beach and sandy sea. (When we were there two summers, there was no jellyfish or stones in the sea.). Many thanks! ευχαριστώ πολύ!

not great not terrible,good design not good cleaning

Η κατάσταση του ξενοδοχείου είναι τραγική. Έχει μια μοκέτα που δεν έχει καθαριστεί από τότε που άνοιξε το κατάλυμα! Τα δωμάτια ανακαινισμένα αλλά με βρώμικα σεντόνια και πετσέτες! Ζητήσαμε σεντόνια γιατί ήταν βρώμικα και η ρεσεψιονίστ αγενέστατα δεν μας έδωσε. Γενικά γ εντύπωση που δίνει το κατάλυμα μόνο θετική δεν είναι. Δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν! Ηχομόνωση κακή! Ο διάδρομος σκοτεινός. Πρωινό ικανοποιητικό. Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής δεν ανταποκρίνεται! Χρειάζονται πολλές βελτιώσεις. Για 4 βραδιά δεν μας άλλαξαν ούτε σεντόνια ούτε πετσέτες.

Όμορφη περιοχη, πολύ φιλόξενοι και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν υπάλληλοι.
Η καθαριότητα σχετικά με την τιμή του δωματιου δεν ήταν αυτή που πρέπει. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό.

Nice hotel, near the beach, amazing swimming pool breakfast was great, but could improve a little bit.
