Good location & transfer service available for $12 per person was very convenient to the Miami port
Cons:

Access to the front of the hotel was extremely difficult. We had a vehicle drop us off and 6 suitcases but access to the front entrance was blocked in areas with scaffolding and also required you to lift heavy suitcases from the road to the sidewalk.

O quarto era bom, com ótima limpeza. A localização era muito boa.

Cons:

Chegamos cheios de malas e ninguém ajudou a levá-las até o quarto. O valet demorava muito para buscar o carro. Ligamos com antecedência para pedir para buscarem o carro, descemos e o carro não estava, esperamos por mais 50 minutos até descobrirmos que sequer haviam pedido para buscar o carro.
