Emplacement central bien qu’à la limite d’un quartier en deconstruction et reconstruction. Vue donnant sur des bâtiments désaffectés, pas top au 4eme étage.
Très bon petit déjeuner très complet et varié et personnel très souriant. Chambre agréable, propre.
Proche du metromover (train aérien gratuit) pour se déplacer dans le centre.

Overall nice and close to nice coffee shops in Downtown Miami - good location overall
Pros:

The room was clean and the wooden furniture beautiful. It's just a few blocks from some of the best coffee shops in downtown Miami. So the location is great. They don't have a lobby but their sofa room is quite big and quiet.

Cons:

While the neighborhood is safe overall, the one street of the hotel is a bit shady in the mornings. A lot of closed down stores around. Also, while staff was nice, they are a bit forgetful. We had to remind them three times that we needed an extra sheet

Pros:

The first thing I'm going to comment on is about the staff and especially Spencer. Such good people and truly helpful.

About the facility, everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was enormous and very tasty. The location was awesome, as it was close to everything. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Stará budova, práve prebieha rekonštrukcia. Vlhkosť teplota a zápach od prvého do 12. poschodia kde sme bývali v prezidentskom apartmáne. V spálni nefungovala klimatizácia. Noc bola strašná.

Bolo spomenuté parkovanie ale nebolo napísané že si za parkovanie jednu noc zaúčtujú 60 $ a to ešte prestane to znamená dohromady bolo okolo 66 $

Cons:

El tamaño de la cama! Booking lo vende como cama doble grande cuando en realidad todas las camas de hotel son queen. Una decepción porque es demansiado pequeño.. la habitación es suficiente grande para poner camas de 1.80 de ancho. No dormimos bien en esta cama estrecha.
