It was easy to find, staff was very helpful.

Cons:

We had a debacle with a shuttle service booked through the hotel. We ended up having to take a uber that costs double the promised shuttle.

Pros:

Location was great and it was very quiet. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Room was very sparsely furnished. Only mirror was in the bathroom. We had understood that the shuttle to the cruise port was complimentary but we were charged $24 by the driver.

É que pagamos 2 cafés da manhã e só utilizamos 1 café porque o restaurante só abre as 7hs e para não perdermos nosso voo teriamos que sair as 6hs. Quero saber quem vai me restituir o que paguei e não tive direito. Ricardo Aragão 83.99386-5680

Did not feel like a good value for the price.
Pros:

The breakfast had lots of variety and was quite good..especially the juices and fruit.

Cons:

The bed was small, and the shower was not well designed for seniors, who could easily slip.

The work on the entrance made it hard to enter the facility.

Handoff to the taxi was awkward.
