An excellently located comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Close to everything.
Pros:

An excellent location right on Livadia beach. Plenty of restaurants and beach bars in easy walking distance. A short 1km walk into Parikia.
We had a front balcony with a lovely view of the water.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

A bottle of water in the fridge to start would be good.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο κέντρο, 5-6 λεπτά με τά πόδια αλλά πάνω στην θάλασσα. Πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο, το καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα πολύ άνετο και με όμορφη διακόσμηση. Το προσωπικό παρά πολύ ευγενικό και με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ότι ζητούσαμε. Συγχαρητήρια για την υπέροχη δουλειά σάς!!!!

Lovely for a short stay
Pros:

Location was incredible. Facilities within the apartment were great. Loved the balconies looking onto the sea. Stayed relatively cool throughout day. Restaurant down stairs was amazing, and staff gave great recommendations.

Cons:

Original booking didn’t match the room we were given (thought we chose 3 individual beds but got 1 bed and 2 sofa beds). Hot water in shower took some figuring out.
