Good for short stay for 1 or 2 person.
Pros:

Free parking and fast reply from the host. Quiet room.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, близко до центра и автовокзала, ночного рынка. Проулок достаточно тихий, спать было комфортно. Есть общий холл, где можно кушать и пополнять воду, пить чай. В комнате хороший матрас, осушитель воздуха. Рядом есть парковка

Самочекин, удобный заезд и выезд, есть стиральная машинка с порошком, что огромный плюс.
