Unnötig Ärgerlich und zu teuer, obwohl Zimmer und Betten sehr gut

Zu teuer, mindestens 2 Nächte zu buchen, 1 Übernachtung nicht buchbar.
Kaffeemaschine in Zi. B14 defekt, entweder die falsche Kapselmaschine oder die falschen Kapseln für diese Maschine. Von fünf Versuchen gehen vier daneben und die Kapseln, welche man zusätzlich an der Rezeption kaufen kann, sind am Arsch.
BKulant wäre nach Reklamation und fehlender Abhilfe zumindest ein "Freikaffee" als Ersatz in der Hotelbar. Eher unfreundliche Reaktion auf Reklamation.
Besser wäre der Neukauf einer Kaffemaschine, was bei 130 CHF pro Nacht ohne Frühstück wohl machbar sein sollte.
So begann jeweils der Tag nach zwei Übernachtungen mit Ärger, der noch bezahlt wurde. 1 Tasse Kaffee in der Hotelbar lag wohl bei den üblichen 5 CHF

Pros:

Der Check-in war unkompliziert und das Personal freundlich und angenehm. Im sauberen Zimmer war alles vorhanden und konnte gut verdunkelt werden. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum und den See.

Cons:

Am Samstagabend war einige Zeit eine Disco zu hören.

Super für Shopping Trip in Konstanz
Pros:

Gute Lage, direkt an der Grenze zu Deutschland, wenige gehminuten ins Lago. Super Ausstattung, mit kleiner Küche und grosses Badzimmer. Frühstück war aussreichend.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts Negatives.

Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, bequemes Bett, sauber, ruhige Lage, grosszügiger Kleiderschrank und sehr sauber, Kaffeemaschine, Mineralwasser auf Zimmer.
