Tolle Lage an der Grenze zu Konstanz, geräumige und saubere Zimmer mit Abstrichen beim Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und auch gross genug.

Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter der morgens das Frühstück serviert war nicht wirklich freundlich. Wir wollten noch mit unseren Kindern, die vor Ort wohnen frühstücken und er war sehr abweisend und meinte warum wir das nicht angemeldet hätten, obwohl es eine offene Bar auch für nicht Hotel-Gäste ist. Und dabei wollten wir nur ein Croissant und jeweils einen Kaffee trinken. Sind entsprechend einfach gegangen und haben uns einen anderen Platz gesucht.

Lage war top: direkt am Grenzübergang nach Konstanz. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur City bzw. Hafen und Hauptbahnhof. Dadur

Sehr sauber, ruhig, sehr gute (einzelne) Matratzen. Zur Begrüßung 2 Flaschen Wasser und jeden Tag Kaffee und Tee umsonst (Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer). Balkon. Freundlicher Service.

Cons:

Keine Kritik, nur Anregung: Kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre gut gewesen, um bei den extremen Temperaturen seine eigenen Getränke und Essen zu kühlen.

Für ein Komfort Zimmer hätte ich eine Klimatisierung erwartet statt eines Ventilators.
Bei der augenblicklichen Wetterlage war es dann doch schwer einen einigermaßen erholsamen Schlaf zu bekommen
