入住時選茶包很有儀式感
提出的需求櫃檯人員都會盡力解決
有不同枕頭可以選擇、很喜歡茶籽堂的用品
自身停車位不多，電梯偏窄；滿了要去車站的特約停車場
不過有保證車位已經很不錯👍🏻
部分櫃檯人員感覺比較不熟悉工作（但沒有造成大問題）
Booking 上的信用卡是預授權，實際上要去飯店刷卡
地點好，有停車位，用茶籽堂的沐浴洗髮用品很不錯

早餐很棒，無論是飯或粥和麵包，中西式早餐品項眾多，能滿足每個人的需求，尤其中式菜色竟然有炸豬排，非常美味，也很有飽足感，是很令人滿意的早餐。地點位在台中火車站前，距離很近，相當方便。之前住過幾次，感到滿意，因此再次入住，但這次整體感覺不佳，尤其服務人員狀況連連，我想未來可能不會再入住了。
服務人員有待加強。光是入住，整個程序相當慢，櫃檯只有我一位客人，但服務人員似乎不熟悉作業流程，額外加了早餐項目，並且索取有統編的發票，耗時快20分鐘，最後加購早餐的發票也無法立刻提供，需要之後補上。
訂房與入住時都強調，希望安排非邊間，櫃檯說：「我們沒有邊間」，但上樓一看，正是邊間，這種陽奉陰違的態度，讓人不舒服，但因為旅途疲憊，也就沒有下樓要求換房。
然後在我打開行李，準備盥洗時發現，桌面有污漬，類似吃過東西留下的髒污，能用衛生紙沾水擦起來的那種。
隔天早上下樓用餐時，早餐名單中竟沒有我的房號，導致我必須上樓拿發票（好在昨晚有要求拿到發票）才能用餐。
這次入住整個過程很不愉快，讓人失望。
Great location, just a short walk from Taichung Station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and an interesting neighbourhood to explore.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. I wanted to extend my stay by another night and although my original room type was fully booked, they found me another room that was just as good and even slightly cheaper, which I really appreciated.
Both rooms were comfortable, with huge beds, great views over the train station and surrounding area, and good showers. The facilities were all very good and I slept extremely well as there was virtually no noise.
Breakfast was reasonable with a good selection, although I'm not a big breakfast person so only had something light.
I also liked the welcoming atmosphere. I was offered complimentary tea on arrival, and the staff were happy to help with information and suggestions for transport to Taichung's tourist attractions.
I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.
Everything was good, no negatives.
