Overall good.
Pros:

Quadroom suitable for 4pax, room smaller than expectation but is good enough to fit 2adult and 2 kids, location is good that near to some attractions with walking distance. Stayed 3 nights here and overall okie and good.

Very conveniently located. Convenience stores located just steps away/across the street. The room is great, nothing to complain about!

Cons:

The area is very crowded at night. May not be ideal for families bringing children around as it may get squeezy.
