Good property at a fair price with an excellent front desk staff.
Pros:

Location was good and the room was quiet and clean. Additionally, we found the front desk staff and the staff at the adjoining restaurant to be professional and friendly. We’d like to specifically note Florence at the front desk along with another lady whose name I didn’t get. Both were helpful with advice and proactive in assisting with our luggage.

A comfortable centrally located hotel, with plenty of room and a comfy bed
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located, not far from Britomart and the ferry wharf. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very good.

Breakfast was only ok (usual buffet style)

Place was very clean. Had a restaurant, enjoyed breakfast one of the days, vegetarian friendly. Always someone at reception, the lounge in the lobby is also very nice

The location was great, close to a lot of amenities. Neighbourhood clean and quiet

Cons:

A fire alarm went off early in the morning, not really preventable though

Beds are really comfortable.
Offers of laundry facilities are a bonus.

Cons:

The cleanliness can be a bit better with the floors of the living area. They felt sticky and needs mopping.
