Air conditioning was not working properly requested staff to fix but even after it was checked it was not fixed and remained ineffective cooling the living area , annoying as it was very hot in Auckland .

Pros:

Me gustó el estilo arquitectónico del hotel, abierto al aire libre, me pareció muy original, la habitación era un apartamento estudio con cocina completa, el baño con lavadora, muy cómodo todo, amplio... El desayuno es muy rico también. Tiene un parking que se accede directo con ascensor.

Cons:

Los días de lluvía para llegar a la habitación nos mojábamos.

Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

The spaciousness of the apartment and the outdoor terrace. The appliances were excellent and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The facility should provide coffee (etc.) for the number of nights you are staying since they do not have maid service daily to provide additional coffee pods. Seems like a small thing, but it actually matters.

A couple of days in Auckland
Pros:

Location was great, close to shops and things to see and do. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Whilst we really appreciated the air conditioning, it was loud and disrupted our sleep!
