Initial reception staff not listening, which caused probably 2 hours out of our day, trying to sort tv’s and wi-fi
Pros:

It began well, with a friendly welcome

Cons:

We had no wi-fi or tv’s in our 2 bedroom apartment, very frustrating, and then having maintenance guys through when we were entertaining before our concert. A change of room offer came 10 minutes before we were leaving for concert, i know they tried but disappointing experience.

A nice place to stay.
Pros:

Location.
The staff were so lovely and always there to help.

Cons:

Booking in at 3pm is late for international visitors.
The rooms were clean but stuffy as you can’t open a window.

overall stay was good just a little disappointing that we had to ask a number of times for things
Pros:

The Location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to everything with a woolies less than 5min walk away. The apartment was really nice, spacious modern and clean

Cons:

The kitchen didnt have very many utensils we had to purchase from woolies, The room was meant to be cleaned every 3rd day wasnt cleaned till the 4th and even then we had to ask for it to be done... we had to ask for towels as well blankets and pillows for the fold out bed a number of times (we paid extra for the fold out bed)
