Great value
Pros:

We enjoyed our Staycation of 2 nights to Adina, very clean rooms I even did a TV LEDGE dust test. 1bdrm apartment was great and had all the amenities needed, dish washer, dryer & washer, pull out sofa for an extra person was in great condition ( our child stayed free ) loved the addition of the Espresso Pod Machine, very comfy beds & an awesome Double Shower. Hotel lobby I found was abit weird, seemed very seperated. Wellness centre/Gym isn’t that great. Limited selection in Buffet Breakfast. This hotel is Downtown & closer to Takutai Square, Commercial Bay, Spark Arena, Britomart. Woolworths is a 5min walk. I compared other Hotels in the area and will say Adina is great value. We are staying here again at the end of the month & hoped to book in a 3rd time for Boyz II Men / Salt n Pepa but they’re actually all booked out! Best wishes Team see you soon.

A+ Staycation
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and coupled with the excellent accomodation, we had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable and the amenities excellent. Shout out to Ola at reception for answering all my questions and sorting us out so quickly with the sofabed. Much appreciated. Well done team Adina 👍😊

Pros:

Central location excellent room with all amenities looks out to spark arena and wharf.

Cons:

On arrival we had lady on front desk who's english was hard to understand but other staff came and things were sorted straight away

Pros:

Great location being within walking distance to all downtown attractions. Great having the apartment and living areas making the stay comfortable and as a group being able to get together around the dinner table to enjoy a meal and a drink

Cons:

The bed settee was as comfortable as a bed settee can be! but I guess it was better keeping everyone together. Glasses were in short supply but we had extra paper cups with us so got around the problem, I'm sure the staff would've supplied more if asked as they were very helpful. Would have been good to have a rubbish option or instructions other than having to leave all our 'uber eats' rubbish for the cleaning staff to deal with. We would've been happy to take to a skipbin in the basement if an option.

Convenient location. Easy walking distance to the CBD and waterfront.
Comfortable bed so a good nights sleep. Thank you.

Cons:

Parking was convenient but expensive. Could have done with an umbrella for use whilst staying.

Decent place to stay
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to the harbour. Property was very clean.

Cons:

Plug points were all over the place. Appliances worked one minute and didn’t. TV didn’t connect to WiFi and no apps.
