Pros:

櫃檯人員和清潔人員服務態度親切，搭車或坐地鐵還算方便，唯一不足的地方是訂房時有備註需禁煙房及打電話告知，但當天抵達飯店房間時仍有煙味，希望飯店能區分吸煙及不吸煙的房間。

Pros:

飯店很新、設備很好，房間雖然不大，但是很乾淨、很整齊，整體住宿品質很不錯，另外，步行到地鐵站只要5-6分鐘，附近還有很多餐廳，用餐很方便。

本來我入住的是尾房，門很難開，地下又多頭髮，最後更發現有甴曱，於是我便要求換房，最後換到一間非常乾淨的房間，員工亦很樂意幫忙

Cancellation of Shuttle Bus
Pros:

We got a local friend to checkout the hotel before booking. Condition of hotel was quite agreeable. However, since our trip was for Canton Fair, we had our friend asked if the hotel will be providing a shuttle bus to the fair. The front desk confirmed the availability of shuttle bus and we when ahead to book our stay there.
When we arrived, we were told by the front desk there is no shuttle bus from this hotel. There is shuttle bus from another branch and we had to take a cab to catch the ride. The reason for not having a shuttle bus was due to lack of fair going customers from this hotel. Despite our inconvenience, no apology was given.
