Good price and location but a little run down.
Pros:

The facilities were a little tired and poorly maintained. The location - off the main road and therefore quiet, was excellent

Cons:

Not well maintained, the linen was aged and there was no water or fridge in the room

Very nice place
Pros:

The hotel is cozy, comfortable, with every detail set up with heart. Although the rooms are compact, the location is outstanding, situated a mere two to three minutes' walk from the seaside. The owner, who manages the place personally throughout the day, is a very pleasant person. The hotel left a lasting impression of warmth, authenticity, and coziness.

L'emplacement, le personnel.

Cons:

Chambres soit disant à rénover, SDB vétuste.
Réservé 2 chambres
dont une à la limite de l'insalubrité surtout au niveau de la SDB (rouille, porte gonflée qui ne se ferme pas, plinthe décomposée, odeur d'égout).
Tout ça payé au prix fort.
5 places de parking sur 20 chambres.

It is within walking distance good bakeries and cafes with the beach at the end of the street. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was a disappointment and we left after staying a night and booked another property at our own expense.
Cons:

There are no facilities in this property and owner is not helpful at all. I could not even have a cup of tea in the morning (no kettle in the room) and he merely said there is a cafe nearby. Their description of the hotel is misleading as not all rooms have balconies. Our room was so small, we could barely move around.
This hotel is not three star as advertised.
