Pros:

Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and bakeries around. Nizza airport is just 10 minutes away by car. Seaside is just a few steps away. Staff/owner was really kind and helpful. Room was clean. There is a small private parking courtyard in front of the house for 4-5 cars, otherwise you should park outside in the streets that are free of charge during the weekend.

La gentilezza del receptionist. Abbiamo utilizzato il Parcheggio nel cortile privato.

Cons:

A fronte di un costo per me alto, la colazione non era affatto continentale. Al tavolo ci è stato portato un cestino con prodotti confezionati e contati: a testa 1 brioches e un panino, un formaggino e una marmellata. Ci hanno servito un caffè/cappuccino e un bicchiere di succo d'arancia industriale.
In camera non c'erano generi di comfort

Dieses kleine Hotel liegt direkt an der wunderschönen Promenade von Cagnes-sur-Mer. Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer, aber es war sauber und ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ein schöner Ort, um sich am Meer zu erholen.

Rien d'autre tout les à côté était pas conforme à la présentation sur le site.

L'établissement n'est pas franc ou réaliste sur ce qu'il propose.
Dans son annonce il dit qu'il y a un parking en fonction des places restantes.
Il y a 12 chambres et 4 places de parking avec 2 voitures bâchées donc il reste 2 places de parking.
Pour la plupart des chambres il est annoncé 12m2.
En effet 12m2 mais salle de bain incluse du coup la chambre ne fait même pas 8m2.
Le lit est tout petit, les chevets sont de simples tabourets.
Il n'y avait même pas un savon de fourni, 2 toute petites bouteilles de shampoing.
L'hôtel n'est pas du tout ce qui est présenté en photo quand on sélectionne la chambre.
La télévision est toute petite, un écran d'ordinateur il y a la TNT mais le wifi est si faible qu'on ne capte pas. La vitre de la salle de bain est pleine de calcaire.
On ne pouvait pas ouvrir la vitre car la tringle est trop basse.
Le volet est complètement détérioré la peinture est toute écaillé.
La vitre de la salle de bain était pleine de calcaire mal nettoyé à l'arrière du wc c'était salle.
Bref a fuir ou alors il y a une étoile à enlever car cela ne vaut vraiment pas un 3 étoiles....

Un peu en retrait du bord de mer de Cagnes sur Mer retrouver cet hôtel.. Emplacement au top pour qui veut profiter du bord de mer.. Chambre confortable et bien douillette..

Cons:

Très peu de place dans le parking privé prenez vos dispositions .. La salle de bain, gagnerait a avoir une Vmc pour l humidité
