Clim sale avec poussière et moisissure je n’ai pas oser lever le capot pour voir le filtre

une expérience très décevante concernant la gestion du parking et surtout l’attitude du personnel.

J’ai demandé à l’hôtel s’il était possible de rentrer ma voiture dans le parking et l’on m’a répondu que oui. Le temps d’aller chercher mon véhicule, une autre voiture a été autorisée à entrer et a pris ce qui semblait être la dernière place disponible. À cela s’ajoute une gestion totalement désorganisée du stationnement : deux véhicules occupaient chacun deux places, sans qu’apparemment personne de l’hôtel ne demande à leurs propriétaires de se garer correctement afin d’optimiser l’espace.

J’ai malgré tout essayé de stationner dans un espace devenu extrêmement étroit, avec pour conséquence des dégâts sur mon pare-chocs. J’ai finalement dû ressortir et garer ma voiture, désormais abîmée, dans la rue, avec en plus les frais de parcmètre.

Mais le plus regrettable reste l’attitude du personnel lorsque je leur ai expliqué ce qui venait de se passer : aucune empathie, aucune recherche de solution, pas même l’impression que la situation les concernait.

Un incident peut toujours arriver et je ne rends évidemment pas l’hôtel responsable directement des dégâts sur mon véhicule. En revanche, lorsqu’on gère un parking avec un nombre limité de places, la moindre des choses est de veiller à ce que les clients se garent correctement et de ne pas confirmer une place à un client pour finalement l’attribuer à quelqu’un d’autre quelques minutes plus tard.

Et surtout, lorsqu’un client rencontre un problème à la suite de cette mauvaise organisation, on attend au minimum de l’écoute et de la considération.

Dommage, car l’hôtel est par ailleurs propre et confortable, mais ce manque de professionnalisme et d’attention envers les clients laisse une impression très négative du séjour.

Un hotel piccolo ma molto ben tenuto.Ottima la camera e ben pulita.
La posizione dell’ hotel è fantastica per chi vuole farsi una passeggiata sul lungomare. La colazione per 12 € spettacolare. Personale molto accogliente.
Ero in viaggio, con mia moglie, per una vacanza in Spagna e mi sono fermato in questo Hotel sia all’ andata che al ritorno.

Cons:

Il parcheggio è abbastanza piccolo.
Comunque vi ho trovato posto.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the beach.

Cons:

Limited parking. We had to park on the street and pay. No facilities in the very small room to make tea/coffee. Only a sheet on the bed which got cold with the AC. An internal toilet/shower which was quite smelly.

У отеля отличное расположение - рядом пляж, кафе и пешком минут 20 до вокзала и старого центра, приветливый владелец отеля.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький и в нашем случае пахло санузлом. Нет минимального холодильника, совершенно негде сушить купальные принадлежности. Белье и полотенца выглядели не очень. Номер подойдет для ночевки не больше 1 ночи накануне вылета.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel de la direction
Établissement particulièrement propre, bien entretenu, bien situé proche de la mer, de commerces et de restaurants.
Possibilité de garer la voiture dans le parking de l'hôtel.
