Incredible! Will be staying here again!
Pros:

Location! It doesn’t get better! Clean, friendly, easy check in!

Cons:

Check in time! 3 pm please, 4 pm is too late! Also, beach and pool towels in the room please!

We have travelled with our family including a 10 months old girl and had a very good time!

An unforgettable trip!!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. Hats off to Jena who worked the front desk, as well as Alejandra and David in upper management. It was my first time to California, and my stay was fantastic!! If I return to Carlsbad I will definitely stay again!! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!!❤️❤️

Confusion about what we were told about getting in early. Hot room.
Pros:

There was no breakfast that we knew about. The location is great.

Cons:

We rented an air conditioned villa and when we got there we were told it was not working. We had trouble sleeping in the hot rooms!
Would not have rented there if we were told in advance!

Amazing place with one small gripe.
Pros:

Location was amazing, the room and space were clean, large, and felt very much like home.

Cons:

The cleaners pressured us to leave before our checkout time. If you are going to require a 10 am checkout time, the cleaners should not put a bucket and vacuum outside the room at 845 and wait outside the door until we leave. We should have felt welcome through the checkout time, and instead, we felt welcome until one hour before checkout.

Wonderful!
Pros:

I loved the location and the cuteness of the place. We mostly were out and about so very little time was spent in the room. Loved everything about it!

Spacious Beach Villa in Downtown Carlsbad, California
Pros:

Location, Roomy, clean, felt safe and comfortable.

Cons:

Should provide more Toilet paper, coffee pods, and paper towels. The check out time was way too early. Average is 11 am. Since you couldn't check in until 4pm then had to check out at 10 am you really aren't getting your full time.

I wouldn’t stay there again unless it were in an upstairs unit, which seem to have windows that you can look out of.
Pros:

The best thing about the property is the location, just above the beach.

Cons:

It was very small and dark, because the windows are just below the ceiling and have frosted glass, so you cannot see outside at all. It is like staying in a large closet.
