Serve para ficar poucos dias, mas pelo preço poderia ser melhor.

A localização é boa, tem mercado e farmácia perto e próximo à Carrera 70, mas é longe do metrô, caso seja necessário.
Alguns funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, uma pena eu não lembrar do nome deles.
Chegamos cedo de Cartagena e conseguiram fazer nosso check-in adiantado.
O controle da TV não funcionava e a menina que fica na noite fez de tudo para corrigir o problema e deu certo!
Eles têm parceria com uma agencia de turismo e reservaram o tour para Guatapé para nós, o que foi muito bom.
O chuveiro tem água quente!

Cons:

Da limpeza. Tinha cabelo no box, na pia, na roupa de cama, o chão não parecia varrido. E continuou assim mesmo após a limpeza do quarto.
O assento sanitário estava solto.
Tem que agendar para usar a jacuzzi, mas nem chegamos a usar pq estava suja e ficamos com nojo. A água não estava limpa, tinha sujeira grudada acumulada nas bordas e não chegava nem a borbulhar, mesmo ligada.
O café da manhã é o estilo de Bogotá, você escolhe somente uma opção para comer.

lo único que no me gusto fue que me tenia que regresar a mi casa jajajajaj porque me atendieron como a una reina y se que pronto regresae y lo recomendare con mis amigos.
