Excelente ubicación, instalaciones limpias, personal amable y con concepto “Eco” interesante
Me asignaron una habitación muy tranquila , pequeña, en el quinto piso, aunque con algunos detalles de falta de mantenimiento en el baño (además sin amenities) Desayuno un poco monótono y una por porción de jugo y fruta minúsculas.
La ubicación, el personal y la decoración
Me gustó el desayuno pero ampliaría las opciones de comida es muy limitado. No hacen pancake, tortillas no tienen jamón., waflers etc (ampliar un poco para el huésped americano!) Pero todo lo demás muy bueno!

La habitación no tenía toallas secamanos, faltó bolsa en los basureros y tuve que llamar por jabón corpotal porque no lo rellenaron.

Ame la atención del personal , doy gracias que el domingo a pesar de los horarios del protocolo el personal se puso la 10 pra hacernos desayuno muy a las 3:30am para los que fuimos a correr gran servicio

One window wouldn’t fully close. The room could’ve been cleaner. There was some mold in the bathroom. The morning breakfast lady is somewhat difficult. You need to know that there’s a menu with 10 items you can choose from. That would make it simpler.

Dicen ser un hotel de 5 estrellas cuando es un dos estrellas local. Las instalaciones deportivas y húmedas carecen de mantenimiento. La habitación es minúscula y el aseo de hace 30 años. El desayuno ridículo, una aprendiz hace de camarera y una cocinera prepara solo huevos y algún jugo aguado. Me sabe mal que hayan engañado a Booking y por ente a nosotros, ponen que son un 5 estrellas y obtienen un beneficio enorme porque lo que ofrecen es muy inferior. Luego venden una filosofía de happy , sostenible , etc y no hay agua caliente en los baños porque me imagino que se habrá acabado el tiempo del reloj , etc y lo que tienen que hacer es adecuar el hotel al nivel que quieren tener o si no , no engañar y poner la clasificación que les corresponde.
Relaxed hotel. With a theme . I enjoyed the meditation space. Used it daily. Also nice terrace with access to steam sauna and jacuzzi when you book it in advance.
Very little . A decent budget hotel. Taxis Uber outside the door in minutes.
