Me pareció un buen hospedaje, encontramos la habitación limpia, la señorita de atención fue amable. Buen lugar relación calidad - precio.

Cons:

Esta un poco alejado al centro de la ciudad pero para un viaje de pasada es buen hospedaje.

Ottima posizione per l' aeroporto.
Pros:

Sono stata contattata dall' hotel il giorno stesso del mio arrivo con un' e-mail di cortesia in cui mi hanno molto gentilmente proposto di prenotarmi un taxi per venire a prendermi al terminal del bus con cui sarei arrivata. Metà del personale era molto disponibile, e mi è stata offerta una stanza più comoda da raggiungere coi miei molti bagagli, dato che mi fermavo solo poche ore per poi andare in aeroporto, al primo anzichè al quarto piano - in hotel è assente l' ascensore.
L'acqua della doccia era calda, miscelabile con l'acqua fredda al punto giusto!
Posizione comodissima per raggiungere l' aeroporto.

Cons:

La stanza era molto calda. Suggerisco di sceglierne una con l'aria condizionata e non solo col ventilatore.

Nos estafaron al reubircarnos en un hotel mintiendo con las características de la habitación

Nada me siento estafado, ya que me contactaron del hotel villa santa para reubircarnos en otro hotel debido que la habitación que teníamos reservada estaba en mantenimiento la tina, nos mintieron diciendo que en hotel escala urban donde nos reubicarian contaba también con tina, a pesar que en buena fe acepte la habitación en el quinto piso sin ascensor pero lo no encontrar la tina y pagar el mismo precio una total estafa

Colchones malos, todo suena, malísimo

Cons:

El alojamiento las puertas se mueven con el viento, pero es muy fuerte que me levanta, las cortinas con huecos, la cama es pésima está forrada con un material sintentico que da mucho calor, adicionar eso el colchón duro, tiene un ventilador que suena demasiado fuerte no pude dormir toda la noche, tuve una mala experiencia, parece que la cochera lo utilizan como playa de estacionamiento que la puerta se ha té a cada rato los carros entran y salen y cortan el sueño.
