Wangfujing Xin Xiang Ya Yuan Apartment

Please do not stay here! I cannot stress that enough. This hotel moved us around multiple times to different locations within the same hotel. at one point they took us to a new room that required walking a long distance outside in the snow and ice. When we arrived it was the wrong room and was dirty. At this time it was 5 am and we did not want to move rooms again. We agreed to stay until the snow stopped. During this time we did not sleep just researched new hotels. From only sitting on the bed we got bedbugs. I called hotels.com and they’re customer service said we would be refunded due to these events. At 9:30am when the ice had stopped we attempted to leave and go to our new hotel. The hotel staff stopped is and informed us that because hotels.com was providing a refund due to poor service, and we had stayed for a few hours and would now need to pay again for our stay. I attempted to call hotels.com and went back and forth for over 6 hours. We missed our tours and lost an entire day in Beijing as the hotel would not let us leave until we payed again. They threatened to call the police multiple times. There was a language barrier and it was very difficult to communicate what had happened. Hotels.com was of no help during this time. I was on the phone with hotels.com for a total of 307 minutes. please please do not even try to stay here and have the same terrible experience we had. Absolutely worst experience of our lives.

お部屋は広く、キングサイズのベッドが２つありましたので、とても快適に過ごせました。

Report loose faucets and broken shower door handle on first day, but never got fix during our stay. Also they only get us one key not very convenient. One day they spilled some water on floor not even mopped. Other than those problems everything is great.

還可以，交通方便

숙소가 되게 넓고 깨끗해요. 혼자 여행하는데 지하철역도 근처에 있고 길 건너면 마트도 있고 식당들도 많이 있습니다. 버스정류장도 바로 앞에 있고요. 호스트 분들도 굉장히 친절하시고 이번 여행에서 제일 좋았던 부분이 숙소였습니다.

客房清潔度還不錯 設備齊全但我們這次出遊沒有用到洗衣機 飯店位置雖然不在鬧區裡面但也不算太遠
整天評分大概4.5 唯一一個比較搞笑的狀況是 預定10/18-10/20 行前飯店卻傳訊息說國慶假期不接待外賓 但後來詳問後才發現是烏龍一場

飯店乾淨整潔，服務人員親切，不過床鋪和沙發有點塌陷，廁所馬桶蓋有點壞掉了，應該要適度更換，不過整體而言，非常舒適整潔，直得推薦。

房間很大，近地鐵站，附近有食店及便利店，適合一家大小出行。check~in當天發覺冷氣是壞的，前台的小姐很幫忙，儘快請師傅修理，晚上已經可用。可是隔天，冷氣又出發怪聲，因為是晚上，前台另一位值班的小姐只叫我們關掉再開，之後看見隔離房的，也開不動冷氣，這酒店的冷氣很易壞吧。

在東四地鐵站旁很方便，居住環境很單純，不會吵雜。北京的地鐵轉乘都很便利，對不熟悉內地的港台自由行旅客而言，利用高德地圖app 找景點路線真的很好用，還有公寓室內有洗脫烘的滾筒洗衣機（夏天不建議烘，室內有曬衣架），雖然貼心，但使用的標示步驟不夠貼心，和太太兒子足足研究了15分鐘才上手，建議找一個新手從頭抄作實驗一遍，才能證明到底哪裡的標示不清，畢竟出門在外，衣服的清潔真的很重要。工作人員態度不錯，整體給90分。

交通方便 房間寬闊

Honestly, I would not recommend this property not even as the last option. Bathroom was full of mildew around shower, towels were old. Heavy cooking smell 24/7 around hallways. Entry lobby to building was nice. Only one person spoke English.

Os quartos são espaçosos, uma da camas era muito dura, solicitei a troca mas disseram que não tinha outra cama e nem outro quarto disponível, o ar condicionado não funcionava corretamente, solicitei que fosse verificado mas não houve solução, a sorte é que os dias não estavam tão quente.
Os funcionários não falam inglês. A localização é muito boa, há restaurantes (fast-food), supermercado, farmácia, metro a menos de 200 metros do prédio.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier agréable, proche des commerces et d'une station de métro. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis et le personnel était charmant et disponible. L'appartement est calme avec une très bonne literie. Toutefois, l'appartement aurait mérité un sérieux rafraichissement.

這不是一間正式酒店, 設於商業大廈 (預訂時已經知道的).
房間很大, 潔淨, 很舒服. 服務員很友善及好笑容.
check- in 後, 服務員在手機設置群組, 有什麼事都可以直接手機通知, 方便快捷. 地點方便, 地鐵站在不遠處.
如再到北京 , 都會入住.

It was a spacious and clean apartment, good location

The hotel/apartment was great and we really enjoyed our time there. The bathroom could do with an update but we have no complaints. The girls at reception and the chambermaid were extremely friendly and helpful.

If you like dirt, dust, mould, run down, ripped sheets, an air con that doesn't work and paying a large amount of money for it then this is the place for you, dont be fooled by the photos like i did, however location was good for getting to all the places we had on our itinerary, trust me ! You can find better for the money.

This location is very convenient, a short stroll to subway, supermarket just across the road and some restaurant around. Wangfujing shopping mall is only couple station away, can be reached by walking as well. For a week stay with family in here is very good as they has washing machine to wash the dirty cloth. The service is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful
