Pros:

大致來說可以算是乾淨，如果不趴下找東西的話。櫃檯人員問題處理和反應速度很快，打掃人員有點不好說，第一天入住時發現忘記倒除濕機的水，第二天忘記東西在房間🤔️地點有些偏僻，但是算是交通方便的，停車時數給的非常大方。以相同價位來說，房間很大。兒童遊戲室很小，泳池要記得自備泳帽。床算好睡，枕頭偏軟。我們住的那間冷氣滴水聲滿明顯的（要睡覺的時候），其他隔音尚可。房間看得出一些保護不太好的地方，包括浴缸旁窗廉和壁紙🙂

整體而言很不錯，這次被安排在13樓，小小缺點是雖然禁菸房，但房間還是菸味有點重@@…..；另外，每天早上的餐點菜色一樣，讓我到了第三天會有點膩。其餘…都很棒！

The room is huge but not well designed; living room and the bathroom are both in the same area, no privacy as if guests came to visit. The bath tub is huge for two people, and no microwave , iron board either.

Pros:

모두 친절한 직원들..그러나 금연층인 13층에서 계속 담배냄새가 난다. 전체적으로 호텔이 노후된 모습을 보인다. 조식은 다양하고 좋은 편, 지하주차장에 주차도 편리하다.

品臻是舊大樓，裡面真的很舊，訂房時看不出來，味道也是旅館味，有停車場，早餐是豐富的，服務也沒問題，房間內聽吧到車聲，走廊講話也聽得到

2.有平面停車位且不用另外收費
3.地點較偏但好處是不吵

缺點:
1.內部設備偏老舊且有些地方還有破損
2.地毯建議要換新的，感覺已用了很久
