I had a lovely time. I would come back again.
Pros:

Great location, quiet and relaxed. Lovely views to the sea and across to the mainland. Good sandy beach and beach bar nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and available for any questions all day. The well-stocked honesty fridge was a lovely touch.

Cons:

The kitchen could have been better equipped.

Pros:

De locatie was geweldig, dichtbij het strand en de haven waar een heleboel restaurants en terrasjes zijn. Giannis en Miranda zijn hele vriendelijke mensen, ze zijn er altijd om je vragen te beantwoorden of om gewoon even een praatje te maken.

Pros:

Loved Póros as an island. Area where KTM VILLAS is, is on the quieter side, near the beaches, still quite a walk.
The port side with all action and restaurants is on the peninsula. I prefer staying in quieter areas and visit the busy areas.
The hotel is well maintained, although inside the apartment, it's dated and a primitive sewer system- no paper can be flushed whatsoever. 
Everything is very clean.
The apartment and balcony were spacious with a slither of the sea in the distance.
There are smaller units, higher up with better views, but not all the balconies have cover.
The bedroom, unfortunately, had no window and is very dark - like entering a vault, lacks fresh air, and can be claustrophobic irrespective of its size. Lots of cupboard space.
Lovely pool area, quite sheltered from the wind- deep swimming pool.
Host is hands-on, has a presence, and rules are written up everywhere. A bit ott.
The friendly wife does the cleaning, I'd say they are perfectionists and focus on their business.

Giannis and Miranda made the 4 of us most welcome and we loved the pool and views.
Pros:

The owners were fantastic hosts, with frequent changes of linen/towels and very hospitable.
The pool and views exceptional.

Pros:

Zeer mooi panoramisch uitzicht vanop ons terras op de hoogste verdieping. Zwembad was top. Zeer goede locatie, vlakbij het strand en op 20 minuten wandelen van de haven.

Cons:

There are a lot of steps to get to the rooms, but without the climb you don’t get the spectacular views so well worth it.

Perfect accomodation, in a perfect location in an amazing part of the world
Pros:

The hosts were fantastic and so accommodating, spent time with us telling us all about Poros. The accommodation was fantastic….beautiful views over the harbour and ocean. The swimming pool was wonderful. We were so close the the beach, restaurants, supermarket, main centre and across the road from the bike rental. Just perfect

Pros:

The location is very close from the main town and also with good facilities close to the beaches. The view from the room is simply beautiful and the staff is very friendly and attentive! Thanks for a nice staying and hope to come back!
