Sri-Pat Guesthouse

This charming guesthouse was ideal for our needs. Conveniently located to walking distance within Chiang Mai and easy enough to get dropped off by taxi.
The room was clean and a decent size with a great view up to the mountains.
The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting and signing us up for day trips and offering advise on what we might like to try.

The only let down is the balcony it's extremely small it's close to a big wall opposite BUTin the morning just before sunrise a lovely breeze flows

Super friendly place to stay. Rooms are very clean and the nicest bed I’ve ever had. Cool little pool to dip in after walking around in the sun all day. Recommend to anyone!

A quiet guesthouse. The balcony is quite small we managed to add a second chair on it but it was cozy. The pool is cool but once you are in it was but on a hot dayrefreshing. Older hotel and a bit dated but the place was clean. Friendly staff.

Great location

Staff here were wonderful! Went above and beyond with their English and helpfulness. Place was suoer cute, comfortable and location was outstanding, in a quiet, but walkablw corner of the old city.

This pleasant guesthouse has a great location on the edge of old down and surrounded by several quiet streets filled with cafe’s restaurants, small markets, bars and massage parlors. The staff speaks English well and are very helpful. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off after a day out in the city. If you want fine dining, The House by Ginger is located around the corner. The jazz bar is within walking distance.

Lovely little place. Quaint and clean. And the service was great. The beds could be a little softer.
It is in a great location in the old city!

Charming guesthouse with friendly staff. Although small, the inner courtyards with swimming pool is very cozy.
This side of the old city is more quiet at night than the south side where you will find more more bars.

Stunning little guesthouse with a pool and lovely, helpful staff - free bottled water daily and good air conditioning - would recommend staying if you want a chilled out vibe and friendly atmosphere

Really great option for staying in Chiang Mai. The staff were extremely helpful for English speakers. Just about the perfect location too. Check rates before booking because the area fluctuates.

Perfect rooms. Clean. Spacious and well maintained. People are very nice.

Great part of the old city and very close to main road. The area is dotted with countless nice little cafes, even with so many closed.

I loved the real wood floors and folding wood patio doors. Balconies are small, especially for two, but very peaceful, at least until the throngs come back.

The pool and poolside are tiny -- not recommended for serious tanners.

Those guest house was well maintained and clean with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Really loved this hotel; very friendly staff, great location, great swimming pool and clean room.

The guesthouse had a perfect location for me. Wonderful hair and nail salon across the street, laundry out the door and to the right, oven baked pizza on one end of Soi 7 and a perfect corner coffee shop with delicious drinks at ridiculously cheap prices at the other end, night life, taxis, wonderful resturants in every direction.

Sweet, kind and attentive employees. Impeccably clean throughput.....reception staff and cleaning crews were exceptional.

Booked one week. Stayed two. It was perfect for me.
