More backpackers place than guesthouse/hotel
Pros:

This guesthouse has some very favorable photos that don't really capture reality too well. The room is very sparce, the walls are dirty and covered with smashed mosquitoes, and the bathroom smelled like sewage. That being said, the small interior courtyard was pretty and the staff are available 24x7 and feels very safe. Also, the location is great to explore the old city. Overall, I'd consider this a backpackers place, not really a guesthouse or a hotel, think closer to a private hostel.

Terrible choice
Pros:

The room is small and does not have any chair. The bathroom and the sink is dirty. Water pressure is very weak for shower. Over priced. There are many good quality guest houses around.
