Pros:

C'est une honte d'offrir une chambre aussi sale. Pas d'eau chaude. Très mauvais wifi.
Les draps n'ont pas été changé. Très mauvaise expérience....

Pros:

Very accommodating. Our flight arrived at 11 PM and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1 the next morning. They checked us in without issue. They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time.

The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor. The window leaked when it rained, so the hall floor was wet.

Pros:

Smelled like cigarettes and found a pair of underwear in the bed. Bathroom sink drain was not tied in to the drain system.

Nice hotel and staff
Pros:

The hotel is nice is close to airport but not to the city. For some this is not wanted, but my experience was excellent. You can get transport very easy or go walking.
There is no restruant but laundry can be requested. The room is very basic but cleaned daily. For me it was great
