Pros:

The room is small, but the AC and bed are comfortable. It comes with a water kettle. The hot water for the shower could last a bit longer. The breakfast is very basic, don't expect much. It would be better if they had more water dispensers to refill water bottles to avoid wasting so much plastic.

..Vientiane ein aufstrebende und lebendige Stadt..

Das Hotel wurde offensichtlich vor kurzem renoviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch geworden. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und auch des restlichen Hotels war sehr gut, gemessen am Landesstandard. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein und ist ein guter Start in den Tag. Das Hotelpersonal ist jung und sehr hilfsbereit und auch Sonderwünsche und Bitten wurden umgehend erledigt. Die Lage des Hotels empfand ich persönlich als sehr gut. Eine Vielzahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Tempel und der Nachtmarkt sind mit einem kurzen Sparziergang gut zu erreichen. In der Hotelstraße selber gibt es Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Auch die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nahegelegen. Der Bus fährt für wenige Tausend Kip durch die ganze Stadt und man bezahlt beim Aussteigen an seiner Haltestelle beim Fahrer. Wer es Individueller mag kann auch mit dem Tuktuk fahren, mit einer wenig Übung hat man das Verhandeln mit dem Fahrer auch schnell raus. Diese nehmen von den Urlauben gerne ein größeres Vielfaches des Buspreises und probieren halt Ihr Glück mit dem Unwissen und der Geberlaune der Touristen. I.d.R. sollte eine kurze Fahrt nicht mehr als 10T-20T Kip kosten. was immer noch teurer als der Bus, dafür aber ohne Wartezeit und sofern man (und auch der Fahrer) weiß wo man hin will Punkt genau ist. Ich komme nicht nur gerne in die Stadt für einen weiteren Besuch, sondern auch gern ins Hotel wieder.

Pros:

前泊者の片付けがされていない部屋に誤って通されましたが、フロントに話をしたところ別の部屋に通してもらえました。
冷蔵庫とテレビとエアコンが完備されていて、寝泊りする分には問題ありません。
ナンプ広場に近く、買い物出来るお店、飲食店街が近くて、便利です。
ただし、風呂場とトイレは、ちょっと難ありです。
シャワーカーテンが無く、シャワーの勢いの調整が難しく、風呂場がびしょ濡れになってしまいました。

저렴한 가격에 이정도면 정말 만족해요. 조금 낡은 감이 있고 포근한 감이 없지만 이 가격대에 이정도 청결함과 사용환경 (와이파이, 엘리베이터, 에어컨) 이면 만족해요.단 조식은 빵 두조각과 에그프라이에요.

5minutes walk to the night market. Surrounded by eatery. Beside Wat Mixay temple. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Arrange airport transfer at 70k kip. Room clean and comfortable.

Nice guest house in good location decent wifi.
Pros:

My wife and I only stayed 1 night on our way to VV. The guest house is clean and comfortable, good wifi so I used it to catch up and make some calls. Decent location close to a few places to eat and drink. Staff is very helpful. There is not much to do in the town so I really don't have much on this. Go to Buddha Park. If you need a cheap nice place to stay for a day or so this is it.

Pros:

Nice and modern hotel. The room was clean and relatively quiet after 11pm. The location is fab. Just 5 mins from where the bus drops you off and the street is full of places to eat. There were a couple of negatives. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable we've had in SE Asia so far. Begrudgingly the staff agreed to add a couple of extra duvets. They really were't very helpful during our stay. The breakfast is also dire: eggs, eggs and more eggs, normally with an aneamic serving of cold toast. That was literally the only option for breaksfast.
