The only good thing about the hotel is not itself but the Flamingo Bar & Restaurant. Food was great and delicious, so you don't have to eat junk food outside.
My World Cup holiday was good until the last day. 24 hours before check-out, I offered to close my account by myself but my request was denied by the front desk. I am told that due to hotel policy, closure will be completed during check-out, not the day before. Just 3 hours after my closure request denied, front desk send me a notice with the security guy. Notice says "high outstanding balance" which was about 24 USD. Remaining balance has already been taken from my credit card, the day before. This was so rude and unprofessional. I already requested to pay my check myself, hotel refused my request and they send the notice. I have never been insulted this way before. I will visit again if the real professionals are in management, not with these rude county merchants.

Did not enjoy meal. Not because it did not taste good but it was not my type of food. Presentation of the food was good.

Location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms were tidied and clean towels provided daily. Perfect location to the malls and restaurants.
Blow dryer could be updated to a more powerful one. Otherwise nothing else to mention.

There should be pricing discounts eg. stay 3 nights and get 4th night at reduced fee or free
