My stay was terrible ,room nasty ,Guest attendant made me feel not welcome at all like if I was not there

My room was dirty called and reported it to the front desk ,they mentioned to me that they could not come and clean my room due to they do not have no housecleaning,but they could accommodate me with wash rags went the next morning to Make a complaint no one never called ,left message to Claudia Santos answering machine and email her no response got back up in my room on sat the towels was gone no wash cloths called back up there and they told me they was going to bring me towels no one never came .I went there for my birthday I had the worst birthday ever .wish I would have kept my money .I called to the hotel today several of times and no one never called me back or email ..So I need to speak with someone on this matter I also have pictures

I would go back!
Pros:

Everything was clean and comfortable. You can walk to the Dolphin Mall which has a great variety of stores. There was a $50USD deposit which I didn’t know about but hopefully will get back within 15 days like they said.

Great stay, convenient location, and friendly staff!
Pros:

This is my second time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami Doral, and once again, I had a great experience. The location is ideal—right across from Dolphin Mall, and close to Miami International Mall, so plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

The staff was, as always, friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed to pick up packages that were delivered. I appreciated the option at check-in to choose between a room on the higher or lower floor, which was a nice touch.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything I needed for a relaxing stay was available. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area, and I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future!

Cons:

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. The parking lot gets a little crowded during peak hours, but that didn’t impact my overall stay.
