За помощь, доброжелательность, внимание и отзывчивость! Останавливались, к сожалению, всего на ночь, но получили супер сервис! Не попали в спа, тк было все забронировано. Номер большой (люкс), чистый, удобный. Не помешало бы немного привести ванную комнату в порядок по мелочам (что-то где-то болтается, не держится), а так все супер! Администратор (Нина? Простите, если ошибся) очень дружелюбна, вежлива и профессиональна- спасибо ей за заботу о нас! И спасибо за ранний завтрак!
П. С. Если у вас ранний выезд и надо на вокзал, то озаботьтесь вызовом такси заранее. 😉
все очень прилично! И хорошие большие номера, и нормальный завтрак - все есть, что необходимо - каша, омлет, хлопья, блинчики, запеканка, кофе - из кофе-машины.
В номере фактически не убираются - за это снизила балл. Даже не забрали креманку из под мороженого, так все три дня она и простояла в тумбе.
Вот еще момент - раскладной диван именно в нашем номере, задвигался фактически в плотную к телевизору... проходить в туалет ночью, только с балетным прыжком!))) Но заходили в гости к соседям, у них несколько другая конфигурация номера - там было бы нормально раскладывать диван...
Думаю, тут надо, чтобы было более продуманным распределение номеров администратором - у кого есть необходимость раскладывать диван, им выдавать номера соответствующие!
This a pleasant hotel in Kostroma although on a very busy way (Magistralnaia) on which traffic begin early.
If you do not speak few words of russian it would be difficult to chek in. English is totally unknown.
The center of the city if 2 km far, however the taxi are incredibly cheap (as low as 50 RU, i.e. less than one Euro, to go to the center of the city, or 120 Ru i.e. 2 € for the Ipatiev monastery)
The room I booked was large , clean and clear. However they did not clean the room during my two nights stay !!!!
The breakfast is included, however it is the first time I found the system they use: you have the choice between only three kinds of breakfast, and you have to indicate the exact Schedule you choice for eat. It is not a very good breakfast in fact. At least you are not starving.
People at the reception are kind and if you show that you are a russian beginner, they enjoy !
Отель уютный для проживания, порадовал включенный завтрак ( особенно с кашей и печеным яблоком!), из отеля удобно добираться до центра города, очень комфортная кровать, из минусов - слабый Wi-Fi и иногда до 3-го этажа доносились запахи кухни по вечерам
