Location and staff are the two big winners here. Staff is so great and helpful and the location is closer but not in the airport so it's a little more quiet. The shuttle service is quick and a easy way to get to your terminal. I stay here exclusively when I fly in/out of dfw.

Staff and shuttle service were amazing
Stained/soiled toilet paper roll. There's no way someone didnt see that before they put it on the holder. That was disappointing.

Staff was great.
I had to overnight in Dallas because of international flight schedules. I got put in a handicap room for some unknown reason The shower did not work, ended up taking a very difficult bath at 0500.

No complaints at all
This hotel had staff that rivaled some of the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. They were without a doubt the most accommodating and welcoming hotel staff that I have experienced in a long time especially when it comes to an airport adjacent hotel. This place made our travel with our toddler magnitudes easier than it usually is. I will be staying here from now on
The room was perfect for his travel crib and allowed us to set it up where we could get ready, the complimentary shuttle straight to our gate, the restaurant was nice, and the staff made this place special

BETTER DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL. IT WAS SOMEWHAT HARD
