The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.The staff was warm and gracious to help out in any way possible.
There was nothing to not like . It was a nice stay.
The front desk staff were wonderful, and specifically, Mrs. D at was an absolute angel. She is the smiling face of that hotel and she deserves a raise and bonus! My family and I felt at home because of her kindness, advice, and professionalism. Thank you for everything, Ms. D!

空港送迎付シャトル有、空港が近い。屋内プールも屋外スペースが付いていて、いい感じ。
DFWはターミナルも多く、各ターミナル毎に2ヶ所はCoutesy vans乗り場があるため、どこにいるかを確定してから電話するしかない点。アメリカでは荷物を持って徒歩移動が一般的でないとしても、各ターミナルで乗り場を決めてしまって(昔のような)受話器をあげるだけの電話とか置いて欲しい。
The staff was exceptional and very helpful for what we needed.
The beds. The most uncomfortable bed we have slept on. Immediately woke up with back pain.
