Pros:

Other than the view from the lobby nothing else was good

Cons:

There was no lift.
No telephone in the room to contact the reception.
No toiletries. Body wash was empty. No way to contact them to get it.
No proper blanket

My son reports it as a solid 3 star experience. I expect more effort.

The view was lovely.

Cons:

Just didn’t hit the mark. Not sure how it compares price wise to other places in Kandy but we paid nearly $100US for 2.5 beds. The kettle plate needed moving to be plugged in, there were ants everywhere, it smelled, the breakfast tables hadn’t been wiped…just the overall vibe was a bit off. Staff seemed a bit over it.

good bed and lots of lighting in the room.
bathroom was overall fine,

Cons:

AC unit is present but hardly working... the temp was set to 16 but the air felt lukewarm.
the room and hallway had a lot of mosquito and i felt i had to fight with them half of the night.
the walk to the proprety is very difficult by foot and you have only one route to take.

Decent hotel but overpriced, but the view & Location is superb.

Cons:

Very basic room service. No tissues were available in the room, and there was only 1 towel in the room.

Bonito hotel con buenas vistas
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Estuvimos solo una noche pero se agradeció encontrar un sitio agradable y cuidado. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, las vistas muy bonitas.

Cons:

Para acceder al hotel hay que subir por una cuesta muy empinada. El acceso no está muy bien indicado si llegas de noche.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoß und das schien nicht das beste zu sein.
Kein Seeblick, Ameisen im Bad, muffiger Geruch im Bad und Zimmer, schwarzer Schimmel auf den Silikonfugen. Klima war zu laut.
Das Personal war nett aber schien irgendwie verunsichert.
Preis war zu hoch für das Zimmer, da hatten wir schönere Zimmer für die Hälfte des Preises.

Es gibt noch Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken, die haben wir nicht bekommen wegen Wartungsarbeiten , vielleicht sind die besser.

Fantastic place to stay in the nearby city area. Well behaved staff and good food.
