Very cool place!
Pros:

The location, the pool at the roof with the bar, the breakfast was awesome, the hotel was chic and modern, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It didn’t have enough chairs to lay down at the pool.
And the staff in the restaurant (Gallo Nero) weren’t friendly enough, the food was very good but the staff was just dropping the food and not coming back once to check how it was.

No hospitality, loud music due to an event
Pros:

The location was good for the Strawberry Arena as I was competing at Hryox held there.

Cons:

The hotel did not notify me until a week before my stay that it was to be used for the 'Haus or Hyrox' celebrations.
The first night in particular (the night before my own race) music was playing until around 2am in the hotel as they partied. I had ear plugs, TV and phone playing and I could still hear the bass. Note, I was on the 3rd floor.
I noted this the next morning with reception, as when I tried to call reception that night, there was no answer.
I didn't feel particularly welcomed upon arrival. For a hotel that was not cheap, hospitality should be very considered to ALL guests.
Didn't feel like I could use the facilities to the fullest due to events.
Had I known this was to be used to house an event at least a month before my stay, I would have changed hotels as I wanted a peaceful and high end stay. This was a treat for me. I was not able to enjoy it and relax.

Ihan paras hotelli keikkamatkalle! Aamupala ylitti odotukset, huoneet erittäin mukavia! Lämmitetty uima-allas ennen kotiinlähtöä oli hyvä lisä 💖

Trevligt och bekvämt vinhotell
Pros:

Utsmyckningen och inventarierna i hela hotellet.
Morgonrockar och fint hotellrum.

Cons:

Barn hoppade i poolen på em, fast att det var skyltat att barn under 16år inte fick bada då.

För få solbadar vid poolen.

Perfekt til koncertophold
Pros:

Hotellet ligger ca. 15 minutters gang fra Strawberry Arena, hvor vi skulle til koncert.
Fantastisk rooftop med dejlig lille pool og musik med DJ, der varmede op til koncerten.
Fin mulighed for at parkere bilen - dog mod betaling.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the use of the facilities during our stay, particularly the gym and pool. We dined at the restaurant a couple of times and had a lovely meal on both occasions with really good staff and atmosphere. We also had fun trying lots of different wines. It was easy to travel into the city and we would definitely return. Thank you.

Cons:

I can't fault anything - we had a lovely time.
