Pros:

This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive.

子供達は初めてのゲレンデ隣接ホテルでの宿泊になりました。
ホテル内のプールなどスキー場以外での楽しみもありみなとても満足していました！
希望としてはキッズパークの料金がもう少し安くなるといいかなと思いました。

息子の誕生日旅行で宿泊しました。
料金追加でプールにも入りました！
たまたまかもしれませんが、あんなに大きなホテルだったのにプール貸し切り！サイコーでした！
客室は新しくはありませんが、広々としていて綺麗でした。温泉は1階と2階に分かれており、出入り口も２つあったり…。息子は、迷路みたいと楽しんでおりました。
温泉が少し塩素のにおいがしたのが気になりました。大きいホテルだから仕方がないのかな？
食事は朝、夕とバイキング！種類も豊富でとても美味しかったです。

大きいホテルなので、仕方ないとは思いますが、チェックインする時にしばらく並びました。受付の方も次々と出てきて対応してくださってはいましたが、それでも長蛇の列が…。
逆にチェックアウトは空いている時間を自分で選んで早めにできたのでよかったです。

息子はとても気に入ったようで、また行きたい！と宿泊から数ヶ月経った今でも言っております。また是非利用したいです。

遅い時間に混むチェッアウトの手続きを先にして、その後時間まで部屋を使えたことがとても良かった
夕食朝食が本館のとき渡り廊下が風が強くて寒かった

施設は十分、浴場も色々と凝っていて楽しめるが、ビジネスユースには高額な印象、周りにビジネスホテルが殆どないので仕方ないが、もう少し安くしてくれると利用しやすい。

駐車場からエントランスまでが暗かった（汗）
Pros:

到着時間が遅かったせいもありましたが、駐車場がやたら遠く、暗いところで不安でした。
ある程度の距離は仕方ないですが、せめて足元が見えるくらいの照明が欲しかったです。

11月はじめに宿泊致しました。団体のお客様が、多くいらっしゃっていました。受付のスムーズさが課題と思われます。フロント係りの方は優しく丁寧に応対して頂きました。暖かな季節にも来てみたいホテルでした。

ホテル自体が古いせいか、部屋と洗面所(シャワーカーテン)の匂いが気になりました。清掃は行き届いていたと思います。
隣の部屋の声が聞こえたり、古い冷蔵庫の音が気になり睡眠不足になってしまいました。
大浴場は脱衣所含めて綺麗でした。
朝食バイキングはどれもとても美味しく頂きました。全体的な評価は普通だと思います。

Pros:

四階でも眺めがとても良かった。花火も見れた。夕食、朝食とも美味しく、豊富なバイキングの種類だった。温泉や部屋は普通レベルかな。エレベーターになかなか乗れなかったら少し値段が高い感じもするが、アスレチックやハーブ園、プールなど楽しむ施設も多いので家族の満足度は高いと思う。近くでブルーベリー狩りもできた。

Pros:

禁煙の部屋のはずがフロア全体、客室までタバコ臭かった。昔から染みついた臭いが取れないのでしょうか。。。濡れたタオルを乾かしてまたお風呂で使った際、タオルにタバコ臭さを感じてそのタオルで顔髪体をふくのが非常に不快でした
食事は美味しいし楽しくて良かったです。
温泉も純粋に大きいお風呂でのびのび入れました
